AUTONOMOUS LAUNDRY WASHING AND DRYING DEVICES, SYSTEMS, AND METHODS OF USE
An autonomous system for washing and drying household laundry includes a plurality of autonomous combination washer and dryers each including a perforated drum disposed within a tub mated thereto at a drive end opposite an opening. A first air orifice is disposed through the tub. A detachable door includes a second air orifice configured to receive an air conduit such that air flows through the first and second air orifices during a drying cycle while the door seals the opening. A controller is configured to instruct a drive motor to spin the drum about a spin axis extending between the drive end and the opening. A driven carrier in operable communication with the controller slides along a raised rail disposed adjacent the plurality autonomous combination washer and dryers and retrieves, holds, and reseats a door in an opening of one of the plurality of autonomous combination washer and dryers.

Knock-Down Hamper
A hamper has a fabric bag, and a supporting frame assembly that has a foldable wall assembly, a base and a top frame. The foldable wall assembly has a rear frame, a left frame a right frame. The base has a rear side that is pivotally connected with the bottom side of the rear frame, with the left and right sides of the base removably coupled to the bottom sides of the left frame and the right frame, respectively. The top frame has a rear side that is removably coupled to the top side of the rear frame, with the left and right sides of the top frame removably coupled to the top sides of the left frame and the right frame, respectively. The fabric bag has four side walls, each side wall having a lip extending around the upper edge of each side wall, and four vertical corner sleeve pockets.
Laundry Basket with Handrail Assist
An article of manufacture for providing a laundry basket with handrail assist according to the present invention is disclosed.
LAUNDRY SORTING AND PROCESSING SYSTEM AND METHOD
A laundry sorting and processing system may include a main support frame. Soiled laundry containers and clean laundry containers may be supported by the main support frame. A laundry bag may be nestable in each soiled laundry container. Soiled laundry items may be placed in the laundry bags nested in the respective soiled laundry containers, which may allow to separate the laundry according to categories such as the owner of the laundry, or laundry item type. The laundry bags which contain the soiled laundry may be removed from the respective soiled laundry containers, closed, and placed in a laundry apparatus to wash and dry the laundry. Once clean, the cleaned and dried laundry may be removed from the laundry bag and placed in a corresponding one of the clean laundry containers for subsequent retrieval by the owner of the laundry.
TOTE-DOLLY SYSTEM
The invention relates to a tote-dolly system is configured to enable quick detachable attachment of the tote to the dolly. An exemplary tote has one or more tote-fasteners that can be quickly engaged with corresponding dolly-fasteners. An exemplary fastener may be a buckle having a clip and receiver that is quickly engaged. A preferred fastener is a hook-and-loop fastener configured on the top of the dolly and on the bottom of the tote. It may be preferred to have one of the tote-dolly components have discrete pieces of hook-and-loop fastener to facilitate detachment of the components.
METHOD FOR POSITIONING AN EMPTY GARMENT HANGER IN AN INDIVIDUAL MOUTNING POSITION
The invention relates to a method for positioning an empty garment hanger in an individual mounting position, comprising the steps of: picking up an empty garment hanger at a loading station with a gripping tool, reading a data signal identifying a garment that is to be hung on the garment hanger, moving the empty garment hanger to a mounting station, adjusting the position of the garment hanger in dependency of the data signal, and holding the garment hanger in the individual mounting position. The advantage of the invention is that the position where a garment is applied on a garment hanger can be adapted to the length of the operator, type of hanger and type of garment, where the position can be adjusted individually for each mounting cycle.
