A magnetic anchoring device for securing an object onto a ferromagnetic object or support structure. The magnetic anchoring device includes a flexible member having a first end, an opposite second end, a front surface, and an opposite rear surface, the first end, the second end, the front surface, and the rear surface defining an open interior, a first magnet positioned within the open interior of the flexible member and proximate the first end, and a second magnet positioned within the open interior of the flexible member and proximate the second end. In some embodiments, the magnetic anchoring device includes a third magnet positioned within the open interior of the flexible member between the first magnet and the second magnet. In some embodiments, the second magnet is an elongated member and the first magnet is slidably adjustable along the second magnet.

A side release buckle device with a male and female member. The female member has a housing, a catch assembly, and at least one contact point. The male member can interlock with the female member and has an arm assembly, a catch assembly, and at least one contact point. At least one switch is formed by contact between contact point of the male member and contact point of the female member. An electrical circuit traverses the female and male member, so when the members are locked together, the switch is closed. The electrical circuit has a series of wires, a source of electrical energy, a currently limiting resistor, at least one switch, and an electrical element (at least one microcontroller or integrated circuit, a Bluetooth RF transceiver, Wi-Fi enablement). The device may have a computer chip activated upon closure of the switch, triggering activation of an external camera, or a GPS-tracking system. The device pairs with other communication devices.

The receptacle housing having a receptacle opening, a guide notch, a locking recess, and a locking lug located above the locking recess. The connector includes a barrel having an end configured to be inserted into the receptacle opening and a locking bar coupled to the barrel. The locking bar is configured to be aligned and inserted into the guide notch and then rotated into the locking recess where the locking bar/connector are retained by the locking lug of the receptacle. A connector neck couples the grip, which is configured to be accessible, to the barrel.

The ornamental plate is connected to the surround by a pivot that allows the ornamental plate to be reversed within the surround. The buckle includes a lock to hold the ornamental plate in position with respect to the surround in a first position that exposes a first face of the ornamental plate via an open upper face of the surround, and in a second position that exposes a second face of the ornamental plate via the open upper face of the surround. The lock includes a first element projecting along an edge face of the ornamental plate and a second element projecting on an interior edge of the surround and which are configured to lock together mechanically. Also disclosed is a belt including such a buckle.

The article of footwear has an upper with a medial side portion and a lateral side portion. The medial side portion is fixed to the medial side of the sole and has a first distal end. The lateral side portion is fixed to the lateral side of the sole and has a second distal end. The medial side portion and the lateral side portion are configured to wrap at least partially around a foot positioned on the foot-receiving surface. The medial side portion is securable at the first distal end, and the lateral side portion is separately securable at the second distal end remote from the medial side portion when the medial side portion and the lateral side portion are wrapped at least partially around the foot.

Belt buckle

A buckle according to the present invention has a fixed loop end and an adjustable loop end. The adjustable loop end includes two belt strap openings separated by a central bar with a pair of guiding tabs on opposite ends of the central bar that extend outward from the central bar. Other embodiments of the buckle include a protrusion extending from a lower surface of the fixed loop end. In other embodiments, the adjustable loop end and central bar are configured to have male and female joint portions to aid in preventing unnecessary rotation of the buckle. Optionally the adjustable loop end may include a scalloped lip along its leading edge of the lower surface.
