SEGMENTAL TUBES
A segmental tube section structure having a length and a circumference, the segmental tube section structure including a plurality of tube segments extending the length in a longitudinal direction of the segmental tube section structure and extending in a circumferential direction of the segmental tube section structure, wherein each tube segment of the plurality of tube segments extends in the circumferential direction to span an equal arc of the circumference of the segmental tube section, and wherein each of the plurality of tube segments are connected to adjacent tube segments of the plurality of tube segments in the circumferential direction to form the segmental tube section structure.
System and method for conveying an assembly
An apparatus, system, and method for conveying an assembly along a track. A rail can include a first planar side, a second planar side, and a third planar side. The first, second, and third planar sides can be arranged to form at least two acute angles. A carriage assembly can include a drive wheel and at least two roller sets. The drive wheel can be configured to contact the first planar side and is configured to translate the carriage assembly along the rail. The at least two roller sets can be configured to contact the two other sides to maintain the carriage in contact with the rail.
PROFILED BEARING AND RAIL SYSTEM
The invention relates to a profiled bearing for a rail and to a rail system. The profiled bearing has a profiled base with a first lateral wall, a second lateral wall, and a base which connects a first end of the first lateral wall to a first end of the second lateral wall, and the profiled bearing also has a profiled clamping section. The base and the lateral walls form a receiving pocket for receiving the rail. In a functional position, the profiled clamping section is clamped in a gap between the rail inserted into a bearing bed of the base and the second lateral wall. A clamping finger which extends in the direction of the second lateral wall is molded in the region of a second end of the first lateral wall, said end being arranged at a distance from the base, wherein the rail can be pressed into the bearing bed by means of the clamping finger, and the profiled clamping section has a base web with two clamping limbs which extend from one face of the base web and which can be pressed into the gap between the rail inserted into the bearing bed and the second lateral wall. The clamping limbs of the profiled clamping section extend in the direction of the bearing bed in the functional position in which the clamping limbs are inserted into the gap, and a first clamping limb lies against the rail at least in some regions and a part of a second clamping limb is pressed into an undercut formed on the second lateral wall. The invention further relates to a rail system.

Multidirectional transport system
A transport system includes a main cable, a track assembly, and a conveyance assembly, wherein the track assembly is suspended from the main cable to allow unimpeded translational movement of the conveyance assembly along the track assembly. In another aspect according to the present invention, the track assembly has a track changing assembly that includes a track changing section rotatably coupled to a primary track section for selective alignment of the track changing section to any one of a plurality of exit track sections. A method of conveyance along a suspended track includes suspending a main cable between natural or artificial support structures, suspending a track assembly from the main cable, and mounting a conveyance assembly on the suspended track assembly to provide unimpeded translational movement of the conveyance assembly along the track assembly.
