MOLD DESIGN AND PROCESS FOR CONSTRUCTING AN INSULATED PRECAST CONCRETE WALL SYSTEM
A wall structure comprising horizontal concrete base and top beams; two or more concrete vertical support members integrally joined to the base and top beams and meeting at an essentially right angle; wherein the two or more vertical support members define left and right wall boundaries, and wherein the top and base beams define top and a bottom wall boundaries, respectively; an exterior wall shell extending from the left to the right wall boundaries, and extending from the top to the bottom wall boundaries, and continuous with the base and top beams, and the support members; H-shaped insulation encompassing the vertical support members, attachment strips attached to the insulation along its length with fasteners joining the attachment strip to the vertical support member, wherein the fasteners pass though the insulation; and insulation attached to the exterior wall shell between the vertical support members.
Systems and methods for flood prevention and pest control
A comprehensive dry flood proofing system to mitigate inland flooding risk for existing or new homes and other buildings. The system leverages the home or building's structure to offer practical and affordable inland area flood protection for structures constructed with a slab on grade foundation. The system includes pluggable weep holes, entry door/garage door/window protectors, wall appurtenances and penetration protection, a house wrap and/or debris barrier for wall protection and sewage anti-backflow protection. The system is reusable, easy to deploy, does not detract from the home or building's permanent appearance, allows for ingress/egress during flood events and can protect the home or building from standing water up to 24 above slab elevation. The preparation and installation preflood, the deployment immediately preceding a flooding event and the subsequent removal after a flooding event can be provided by both contractors and homeowners.

Cementitious composite mat
A cementitious composite for in-situ hydration includes a structure layer having a first side and an opposing second side, a cementitious material disposed within the structure layer, a sealing layer disposed along and coupled to the first side of the structure layer, and a containment layer disposed along the opposing second side of the structure layer. The structure layer has an intersection at the sealing layer and the containment layer that is at least partially fiberless. The cementitious material includes a plurality of cementitious particles. The containment layer is configured to prevent the plurality of cementitious particles from migrating out of the structure layer.
Barrier tape for seaming and repair of barrier sheets
A barrier tape comprises a barrier section comprising one or more barrier layers and one or more adhesive layers adhered to a face of the barrier section. The barrier tape can be used to join together adjacent barrier sheets or to patch a breach in a barrier sheet to form a barrier assembly.
VAPOR MITIGATION APPARATUS AND METHOD
A vapor mitigation apparatus and method for use with the construction of a building. The apparatus includes a vertical member configured to be affixed to a foundation wall proximate a footing that is supporting the foundation wall. The vertical member has a first end located proximate to a footing and a second end. A horizontal foot is located at the first end of the securing piece. The horizontal foot is configured to rest against the footing. The apparatus may include a mechanical clip located at the second end of the vertical member and is configured to secure a gas impermeable membrane. In the alternative, the vertical member and the gas impermeable membrane are of a unitary structure. The method includes securing the apparatus to the foundation wall, sealing the gas impermeable membrane to a membrane that is covering the footings or granular base of the building and then creating a concrete slab by pouring concrete over the footing and apparatus. The apparatus may also include a membrane material and a rigid ring located at the approximate center of the membrane material. An inner portion of the membrane material is located inside the perimeter of the ring. The rigid ring is configured to be located around one of the at least one penetration such that the inner portion of the membrane material is configured to stretch around the one penetration resulting in the sealing of the apparatus to the penetration.
