FOLDING FORM FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF STRUCTURAL WALLS
The present invention relates to a self-supporting, prefabricated, folding form structure or mechanism to be used in the construction industry. It is based on various types of geometries, providing enhanced strength and stability for the concrete and other building material casting process. The object of this invention is a foldable, prefabricated, self-supporting form and does not require a structure. It is configured in a variety of geometric shapes and is based on structural elements that have internal casting chambers or ducts interconnected between each other through perforated holes. This is done by means of internal assembly channels or cavities forming casting chambers. The casting chambers are interconnected with each other, through holes drilled in the structural elements. This way the form features an assembly between its walls through cracks or assembly cuts, creating an architecture of superior engineering that provides higher resistance and stability.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR AUTOMATICALLY GENERATING AN OPTIMIZED BUILDING FACADE DESIGN
The present approach automatically generates an optimized building façade design given a set of building design parameters including a specified interior layout. The generated building façade design comprises a set of MegaPanels that are then displayed to the building designer for review and facilitate customization as desired by the façade designer. Some or all of this process can then be repeated when building design parameters are changed thereby facilitating automated and iterative building façade design as differing design parameters and resulting optimized building façade designs are considered.
Modular building system
A modular building system, includes a modular building assembly, including a base mounting structure with first and second base angle brackets; a left receiving wall assembly, including a left primary wall assembly, and left front and left rear corner brackets; a right primary wall assembly, and right front and right rear corner brackets; and front and rear wall assemblies; and a platform with legs; such that the modular building assembly is positionable on a top surface of the platform.

PRECAST BUILDING PANEL
A method of constructing a reinforced concrete floor structure or wall structure, including: fabricating a precast panel substantially from concrete including a first set of parallel conduits extending through the panel, wherein the conduits open to opposite sides of the panel; moving the panel into its final position on a building site; and inserting tensioning cables through the conduits and tensioning the precast panel in the direction of the conduits to form a reinforced floor structure or wall structure, and a dowel connecting system for joining adjacent precast building panels, the system comprising elongated hollow dowel members cast in at the edges of two or more precast building panels such that when the building panels are positioned adjacent to each other their respective dowel members are co-linearly aligned; and a dowel piece to be inserted into a recess of the co-linearly aligned dowel members and to extend across the building panels, wherein the recess of the dowel members is adapted to be filled with grout to anchor the dowel piece therein and thereby structurally joining adjacent building panels.
Architectural panel assembly and tools
This application relates to the field of reveal architectural panels and a tool or clamp for assembly thereof. The apparatus and method replace prior art assembly methods and fasteners with adhesives and a dedicated particularly designed clamp to facilitate assembly. The frame members are modified to facilitate assembly with adhesive sealants and removal of mechanical fasteners.
Method and system for identifying external conflicts with a wall panel assembly
A computer program product comprising: accessing a model of a building, wherein the model is comprised of a plurality of assemblies, wherein the assemblies are comprised of a plurality of members; detecting the assemblies which are identified as wall panels, wherein the wall panel is identified by the specific members and member internal interfaces and the member properties; analyzing the wall panels to determine if a wall panel has an external interface with another wall panel; isolating the wall panels and the plurality of members; and analyzing each of the members of the wall panels which have external interfaces with other members, wherein the interface is analyzed to determine if the interface is conflicting, wherein a conflicting interface is one where the actual values of the members are inconsistent with a required value.
PANEL FOR A FLOOR OR WALL AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ONE SUCH PANEL
Panel for a floor or wall comprising a first board (2), a second board (3) and an intermediate third board (4) fitted between the first and second boards (2, 3), the intermediate third board (4) comprising a thermal insulating material, the first and second boards (2, 3) comprising a material that is able to harden in which organic elements of vegetal origin (5) are sunk.
FIRE-RATED STRUCTURAL OSB PANELS WITH OVERLAID WATER-RESISTANT BARRIER
A wood or engineered wood structural panel, such as, but not limited to, OSB (“oriented strand board”) or plywood, that is both fire-resistant and water resistant. The panel is factory-coated with a product that provides fire resistance. The treatment gives it a Fire-Resistant (FR) performance (for use in a one- or two-hour rated assembly). The panel also is overlaid or coated in a factory setting with a weather/water resistive barrier (WRB). The structural panel thus combines a fire-resistant structural sheathing and WRB product in one integrated panel produced at a factory prior for installation at a job site.
System and technique for tensioned wall of individual LED tiles
Support wires can be used to hold up light tiles to provide a lightweight display system or technique.
