Rooftop equipment support and method of manufacture
A roof equipment support includes a platform, a pair of sidewalls extending from the platform, and a top wall extending between the pair of sidewalls and offset from the platform. The platform, the pair of sidewalls, and the top wall define an interior cavity that extends a length of the support from a first end to a second end. A pair of strut extensions extend above the top wall, and each of the pair of strut extension include a hook at a distal end. The pair of strut extensions and the top wall define a substantially U-shaped channel that extends at least a portion of the length of the support, and the platform, the pair of sidewalls, the top wall, and the pair of strut extensions are unitarily formed.
Storage system and method for decision-based memory read threshold calibration
A read threshold voltage can vary over time due to process variation, data retention issues, and program disturb conditions. A storage system can calibrate the read threshold voltage using data from a decoded codeword read from a wordline in the memory. For example, the storage system can use the data instead of syndrome weight in a bit error rate estimate scan (BES). As another example, the storage system can use the data to generate a bit error rate distribution, which can be used instead of a cell voltage distribution histogram. Using these techniques can help reduce latency and power consumption, increase throughput, and improve quality of service.
MOUNTING DEVICE FOR A METAL ROOF
A mounting device or clamp is provided that can be secured to a roof joint without damaging the roof joint. Two roof panels can be joined at a roof joint that extends away from the roof. The clamp has a body with a slot to receive the roof joint. An insert of the clamp is rotatable relative to the body from a first position to a second position. The clamp body can be positioned over the roof joint, and the insert can rotate or pivot from the first position to the second position relative to the body to secure the clamp to the roof joint. In one embodiment, a body of the clamp has a first arm that is concave and the insert has a concave portion to engage the roof joint. Alternatively, in another embodiment, the insert can be connected to the clamp body such that either a first projection or a second projection of the insert faces a roof joint.

STEEP SLOPE ROOFING SYSTEM
Some embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a roofing system. In some embodiments, the roofing system comprises at least one steep slope roof substrate having a first region. In some embodiments, the first region comprises a plurality of shingles. In some embodiments, each of the plurality of shingles comprises at least one antimicrobial agent. In some embodiments, the at least one steep slope roof substrate also comprises a second region. In some embodiments, the second region comprises an antimicrobial scavenger layer that is configured to receive runoff from the first region of the steep slope roof substrate. In some embodiments, the runoff comprises an initial concentration of at least one antimicrobial agent and water. In some embodiments, the antimicrobial scavenger layer is configured to capture the at least one antimicrobial agent so as to reduce the initial concentration of the at least one antimicrobial agent in the runoff.
Anchor platform assembly
An anchor platform assembly for anchoring an object to a raised, generally flat roof-like structure, has an anchor baseplate having a top surface and a bottom surface, and an internally threaded blindbore extending at least partially from the top surface generally towards the bottom surface and fasteners for fastening an object to the anchor baseplate via its blindbore, and for fastening the anchor baseplate to a top surface of a roof-like structure. The assembly is especially intended for supporting, e.g., glass railings on balconies, terraces and flat roofs and for mounted solar panels on both flat and pitched roofs which provides strength and affords watertight performance.

Roof mount assembly with stabilized fastener matrix
A roof mount assembly implements a stabilized fastener matrix which functions to stabilize the fastener connection with a roof. In one embodiment, a base has a one-piece construction with angularly spaced stepped bores. Roofing fasteners each having a flat head are receivable in the bores and securable therein. Plugs each having a flat lower surface are threadably engageable in the threaded bore wherein the flat lower surface of the plug engages the flat head of the fastener. In a second embodiment, the base has a two-part construction comprising a bottom plate and a top plate. The bottom plate has a plurality of arcuate slots which are angularly spaced from one another. Elongated fasteners are received in the slots. A top plate has a crown and a connector projects from the crown. The top plate mounts onto the bottom plate to provide a stabilized connection with the roof. The mount assemblies are also efficiently sealable with the adjoining roof. In one embodiment, the top plate and lower plate mount highly compressible sealant members.
