Interlocking panels and rail for an enclosure
A rail for an enclosure includes a horizontal leg configured to alternatively secure with a roof and a skid/tank of the enclosure. A first leg of the rail connects perpendicularly to the horizontal leg and a second leg connected perpendicular to the horizontal leg and opposes the first leg. The first leg and the second leg form a channel to receive a wall of the enclosure.
BATTEN BAR ASSEMBLY
A batten bar is configured to secure first and second adjacent flat panels to a structural framework. The batten bar includes first and second inside legs, first and second outside legs, and a plurality of apertures disposed along the length of the batten bar. The first and second inside legs define a central channel. The first outside leg and the first inside leg define a first seal recess configured to receive and retain a first seal. The second outside leg and the second inside leg define a second seal recess configured to receive and retain a second seal. In an installed configuration, the first inside leg and the first outside leg are configured to contact the first flat panel along a first common plane, and the second inside leg and second outside leg contact the second panel along a second common plane.

Fractal stiffening
A structural support having fractal-stiffening and method of fabricating the support is presented where an optimized location of at least three nodes is predetermined prior to fabricating the structural support where a first set of webs is formed on one side of the support and joined to the nodes to form a first pocket region. A second set of webs is formed within the first pocket region forming a second pocket region where the height of the first set of webs extending orthogonally from the side of the support is greater than the second set of webs extending orthogonally from the support.

Tank farm system
A tank farm system that includes a tank configured to hold a volume of fluid; a barrier constructed at least partially around the tank; and a portable pathway disposed on the barrier. The portable pathway further includes a pliable frame member; a row of mating holes disposed on each side of the pliable frame member; a set of steps coupled to the pliable frame member; wherein one or more of the set of steps is coupled to the pliable frame member with a mount that aligns with the row of mating holes on each of the corresponding sides of the pliable frame member.

Waterproofing method for outdoor tank
The present invention relates to a waterproofing method for an outdoor tank, the waterproofing method being characterized in that the boundary portion between the bottom of the outdoor tank installed on a foundation and the foundation is covered in a liquid tight manner by a waterproof sheet adhered so as to extend from the outdoor tank to the foundation. The present invention can provide a waterproofing method which is effective to prevent the entry of rain water into the boundary portions between the bottoms of outdoor tanks and the foundations, most of the outdoor tanks being large tanks mainly installed in oil refineries or the like. This waterproofing method for an outdoor tank can more reliably waterproof the bottom side of the outdoor tank using the simple method.
