Opening control device with a mechanical pop-out
An opening control device including a case, a handle movably mounted between at least a flush position in which the handle is entirely or partially housed within the case and an ejected position in which the handle is at least partially emerged from the case. The opening control device includes a mechanism configured to be mechanically triggered in response to a push-in action into the case of the handle, the completion of the push-in action being adapted to cause the triggering of the mechanism. Furthermore, the mechanism is configured to automatically drive in movement the handle over all or part of a stroke starting from a pushed position of the handle to the flush position through the ejected position.

Smart latch assembly with window regulator control
A latch assembly for a closure panel of a motor vehicle and corresponding method of operation are provided. The latch assembly includes a latch housing for attachment to the closure panel and contains an actuation group to latch and unlatch the closure panel. An electronic control circuit that has a latch controller is disposed within the latch housing and is coupled to the at least one actuation group. The electronic control circuit includes a motor voltage and current sensing circuit for sensing a motor current and a motor voltage of a remote electric motor disposed remotely from the latch housing. The latch controller monitors and controls the actuation group and determine at least one of a motor rotational position and a motor speed of the remote electric motor based on at least one of the motor current signal and the motor voltage signal and controls the remote electric motor accordingly.
KEY-OPERATED UNLOCKING OF AUTOMOTIVE POWER-OPERATED KEY-CYLINDER-LESS DOOR LOCKS
A motor vehicle comprising side doors, a bonnet and a boot lid, power-operated key-cylinder-less locks associated with all the side doors, a power-operated lock associated with the boot lid, a key-cylinder lock associated with the bonnet, and an electronic control system configured to sense operation of the key-cylinder lock by means of a mechanical key and, upon determining a specific operation of the key-cylinder lock by means of a mechanical key, responsively unlock one or more of the power-operated key-cylinder-less locks.
Automatic door release with mechanical linkage
A system for managing door operation of a vehicle includes a door system and a doorjamb system configured for the door to close against. The door system includes a door having a handle mechanism, an indicator mechanism coupled to the handle mechanism and actuated by motion of the handle mechanism, and a latch feature configured to be engaged for latching the door closed. The doorjamb system includes a sensor configured to generate a sensor signal indicative of a state of the indicator mechanism, and a latching mechanism configured to secure and release the latch feature of the door. Control circuitry of the vehicle is coupled to the sensor and latching mechanism, and is configured to receive the sensor signal, and control the latching mechanism based on the sensor signal. The control circuitry determines state information for the vehicle and determines whether to secure or release the latch mechanism.
Motor-vehicle door lock
The invention relates to a motor vehicle door lock comprising a locking mechanism, also at least one locking element (3), an electric drive (5, 6, 7) for the locking mechanism, and at least two stops (20, 21, 22, 27) for the electric drive (5, 6, 7) and/or the locking element (3), wherein one of the stops (20, 21) is associated with the locking element (3) and the other stop (22, 27) is associated with the electric drive (5, 6, 7) and both stops (20, 21, 22, 27) are arranged on a common stop contour (23).
