Panel
A first portion and a second portion cooperate to define an opening. Guide structures are in engagement with bracket assemblies so that the bracket assemblies are movable with respect to the guide structures to allow movement of a panel between a closed position and an open position. A stabilizer engages the panel in the open position. In some implementations, the panel may be flush relative to the first portion and/or the second portion in the closed position.

METHOD AND ASSEMBLY FOR PROVIDING STABILISING GUIDANCE TO A VEHICLE DOOR WITH CONNECTING ROD LOCKING
An assembly for providing stabilising guidance to a semi-plug aircraft door equipped with an opening/closing mechanism. The door frame (3) is provided with stops (7) at the front and at the rear of the door with its stops (8) bears when it is closed. A door arm (4) links the door (2) to the door frame (3). A guiding connecting rod (6), referred to as a stabilising guiding connecting rod and located on a door edge (2h) extending parallel to the longitudinal axis of the vehicle, is mobile, being able to move in translation at one of its ends in relation to the door in the longitudinal direction of the aircraft during the phases of disengaging and re-engaging the stops (7, 8). During the swivelling and swivelling return phases, the stabilising rod (6) is locked to the door by a lever locking mechanism (9) being actuated by a return device.
DETECTING DEVICE, AND LOADING RATIO ESTIMATING SYSTEM
Provided are a detecting device and a loading ratio estimating system which are highly durable, with which it is possible for an open or closed state of a luggage compartment door to be stably detected, and with which a decrease in design freedom in the vicinity of the luggage compartment door can be suppressed. This detecting device includes: a calculating unit which acquires a color image of the interior of a luggage compartment provided with a door that is free to open and close, and which calculates a determination value on the basis of color information relating to a plurality of pixels included in the color image; and a determining unit which determines that the door is open if the determination value is greater than a predetermined threshold, and determines that the door is closed if the determination value is at most equal to the threshold.
Measurement systems and methods for vehicle window assemblies
An apparatus for measuring operational characteristics of a motorized window assembly of a vehicle door panel includes a support frame, a first sensor connected to the frame, a second sensor, and a third sensor connected to the frame. The first sensor is configured to measure displacement of a window of the window assembly, the second sensor is configured to connect between a motor of the window assembly and a power supply to measure an amount of current supplied to the motor, and the third sensor is configured to measure a force applied to the window by the motor. The support frame includes a first fastening device for coupling the frame to the door panel, and a second fastening device for coupling to an upper portion of a window frame of the door panel. The support frame is removably coupleable to the door panel via said first and second fastening devices.

DEVICE FOR DETERMINING POSITION OF LIFTGATE OR REAR DOOR OF A CARGO TRUCK OR TRAILER
A device for determining the position of a rear door or liftgate of a cargo truck or trailer includes a base attachable to the rear door or liftgate. A visual indicator extends from the base so as to be viewable from a side view mirror of the truck to enable a driver of the truck to determine the position of the rear door or liftgate due to the position of the visual indicator. The visual indicator may be a plurality of closely spaced apart elongated members, which may be brightly colored or light transmissive so as to be easily seen.
