DOOR ALIGNMENT SYSTEMS AND METHODS
20190169906 · 2019-06-06 · ·

A door alignment system includes a first alignment member secured to one of a first door or a structure connected to the first door, and a second alignment member secured to the other of the first door or the structure. The first alignment member is configured to couple to the second alignment member when the first door is in a closed position relative to the structure in order to prevent the first door from binding in relation to the structure. The first alignment member is configured to be separated from the second alignment member when the first door is in an open position relative to the structure.

Apparatus for securing two members together
10287804 · 2019-05-14 · ·

An apparatus is provided for securing together two members which are slidable towards and away from each other to provide a respective open and closed (locked) mode, wherein a plurality of devices are adapted to secure the members in a closed mode, and a control unit is adapted to operate the devices. The devices are in the embodiments described spaced longitudinally apart along a vertical edge or stile of a closure member, which may be a patio door, window, or other closure, with the control unit being disposed intermediate the devices and being operatively linked thereto by a connecting device for actuating the devices. The control unit may be driven manually by a control handle, by a solenoid, by an electric or electro-mechanical motor device, or by spring-loaded interlocking devices. The devices cooperate with keeper devices for securing the closure members together in the closed (locked) mode.

LED Lighting system controller
10270954 · 2019-04-23 ·

A LED controller device that regulates one or more light systems affixed to a vehicle access gate. The controller receives inputs from one or more sources and actuates one or more light systems in response to particular signals, or triggers. The controller also monitors and records usage of the light system and may also record usage of other devices acting in concert with the light systems and/or an access gate. A software configuration tool is used to prepare a gate operation profile that identifies triggering events and the actions the controller takes upon the occurrence of the triggering events. That gate operation profile is flashed onto the controller's CPU. The controller may be contacted and controlled remotely or locally.

Garage door support

A bracing system for a door having a height, a width, a periphery and adjacent surrounding structure. The bracing system includes a first anchor positioned adjacent the periphery and fixed to the surrounding structure. The bracing system also includes an anchor surface positioned on the surrounding structure adjacent the periphery substantially opposite of the first anchor. The bracing system further includes a beam fixed to the first anchor and having a distal end configured to be engaged with the anchor surface. The bracing system still further includes an actuator drivingly engaged to the beam. The actuator and the beam are configured such that activation of the actuator causes movement of the distal end with respect to the anchor surface.

Adjustable casement window sash lifter
10246925 · 2019-04-02 · ·

A sash lifter assembly for a casement to equalize the amount of reveal at the top and bottom of the casement window sash, and that is also adjustable to accommodate manufacturing tolerances. The sash lifter raises the entire sash up to equalize the reveal at the top and bottom of the window. It is adjustable to accommodate the variation in reveal due to manufacturing tolerances.

Magnetic anti-rattle device of telescoping multi-panel door

A door assembly of a vehicle includes a first door panel located in a first guide groove and movable at least partially across a door opening from a first side of the door opening toward a second side of the door opening, and a second door panel spaced apart from the first door panel and located in a second guide groove. The second door panel is movable at least partially across the door opening from the first side toward the second side. One or more first magnetic elements are located at the first door panel, and one or more second magnetic elements disposed at the second door panel. A magnetic force between the one or more first magnetic elements and the one or more second magnetic elements urges the first door panel into contact with a sidewall of the first guide groove.
