A well tool for generating a shaped perforation in a cased wellbore includes a tool body. The told body has at least one wall, a fluid channel, a first perforation device, and a second perforation device. The at least one wall defines an opening and an interior volume. The fluid channel extends from the opening of the at least one wall into the interior volume. The first perforation device is configured to form a perforation tunnel in the cased wellbore disposed in a formation. The second perforation device is coupled to the first perforation device and to the fluid channel. The second perforation device is configured to form the shaped perforation in the formation by flowing fluid received through the fluid channel to the formation through the perforation tunnel.

An apparatus for cutting and/or milling of tubulars in a wellbore, especially using coiled tubing. An elongated main body has a longitudinal bore, with a piston slidably positioned in the bore. The piston is connected to one or more operating arms which are rotatably connected to the main body. The connection between the piston and the operating arms may be a pinned connection or a geared connection, both of which provide for a positive connection between the piston and the operating arms. Cutter bases are connected to the cutter arms, with a number of cutters mounted to the cutter bases. Fluid flow down the coiled tubing and through the main body bore pushes the piston downwardly, opening the operating arms and cutter bases and permitting the apparatus to be pulled up into the lower end of a tubular string for cutting and/or milling.

A casing mill having a main body with cutter bases with cutters mounted on the cutter bases. The cutter bases are moved radially by operating arms which are rotatably attached to the main body, which are in turn moved by an operating mechanism in response to fluid flow through. One or more of the operating arms are extended to form a cutout arm, which enables cutting an initial window in a casing string, from which milling can continue. The operating arms are mounted to the main body by pins, which are held in the main body by a pin retaining arrangement.

With respect to known trolleys used in plants for the insertion and extraction of pipes in production wells of hydrocarbons in general, that according to the present invention offers the advantage of operating exclusively by gravity in transporting pipe stands, whose weight serves for maintaining their correct transfer position.

The breakable ball seat (15) is made of brittle and/or tempered glass, wherein the ball seat (15) is broken by a pressure build up in the housing (10) forcing the ball seat (15) against one or more disintegrating means (16), said disintegrating means (16) are provided as inside protrusions in the through channel (11).

The retrievable packer system includes a packer mandrel, a lock ring, an upper cone, a lower cone, a slip device, a retrieval mandrel, and a plurality of push rods. The lock ring is attached to the packer mandrel, followed by the upper cone, the slip device, the lower cone, and the retrieval mandrel. The lower cone has lower cone rod channels, and the push rods anchored on the retrieval mandrel slide through respective channels toward the upper cone. The packer system is run into the borehole with each rod in the first position relative to a tip end of the lower cone and the slip device in the run-in position. The packer system is set and can be locked at a location in the borehole. Each push rod can push the upper cone to return the slip device to the run-in position for retrieval of the packer system.
