In the present invention, adjacent support anchors are tightly connected with each other by anchor cables; each of the support anchors are at least connected with an anchor cable tightly extending from four different directions, so that each of the anchor cables constitutes a mesh structure, and a flexible gap corresponding to the thickness of the support anchor is formed between the inner flexible support net and the outer support net at the anchor cable, which not only allows the support anchor to tighten an anchor bolt, but also makes the anchor bolt in the entire region form a whole.

The present invention relates to a device, method and system for the installation of a fixative in a drill-hole, such as to secure rock bolts. The device comprises (a) a chamber adapted to hold the fixative, and (b) a thrust member, wherein the fixative is displaced from the chamber into the drill-hole following application of force to the thrust member.
Method and system for ensuring the quality of a multi-component mixture for rock reinforcement
A method for ensuring the quality of a multi-component mixture in a system for rock reinforcement is described herein. The system comprises a first and a second channel for a respective first and second component intended for injection in a rock hole. The respective channel comprises a pump and a container intended for the respective component. The method comprises the steps of pumping of the respective component from the respective container through the respective channel and continuously comparing the flow of the first component in the first channel with the flow of the second component in the second channel. The method further comprises the step of controlling the pumps individually, based on the comparison of the flows, in such a way that a deviation from a pre-defined volume ratio between the first component and the second component in the mixture is below a pre-defined first threshold.

A drilling rig includes a base and a rotation unit for drilling a hole in a mine surface. The rotation unit is moveably coupled to the base. The drilling rig further includes a cable feed device for feeding a cable bolt into the hole created by the rotation unit. The cable feed device is moveably coupled to the base and includes a pair of wheels and a transmission. The cable bolt is received between the pair of wheels. The transmission is coupled between the rotation unit and at least one of the wheels to transmit power from the rotation unit to at least one of the wheels.

Process and device for supporting anchor bolt and anchor cable on successive mining working face
A process for supporting an anchor bolt and an anchor cable on a continuous mining working face is provided. A four-arm top anchor bolt drill carriage serves as a front carriage, a six-arm side anchor bolt and top anchor cable and top anchor cable drill carriage serves as a rear carriage, and the two carriages are arranged in a front-rear direction to work in parallel. Four anchor bolt drill machines of the four-arm top anchor bolt drill carriage face to a top plate. Two drill machines are disposed in front of the six-arm side anchor bolt and the top anchor cable drill carriage. At a distance of four meters away, another two drill machines are disposed. Two top anchor cable drill machines are disposed in a middle of the anchor bolt drill machines and face to the top plate.

STEPPING ANCHOR SUPPORTING ROBOT FOR FULLY MECHANIZED WORKING FACE
The present invention discloses an anchor supporting intelligent device, belonging to the field of electromechanical devices for fully mechanized working faces. The device includes four parts of net supporting systems, anchoring systems, ground supporting systems and power and turning systems. The net supporting system is installed above the ground supporting system. The anchoring system is installed below a main beam and a middle main beam in the net supporting system through screws. The ground supporting system is installed below the main beam and the middle main beam in the net supporting system to provide support for the whole device. Two ends of the power and turning system are respectively connected with the main beam and the middle main beam in the net supporting system in a mode of pin connection. Further, the device disclosed by the present invention is small in volume and compact in structure, has functions of cooperative operation of multiple anchor rods and auxiliary paving of anchor nets, and is high in anchoring efficiency. Moreover, the device adopts a stepping moving mode, so that the device is smooth in operation, flexible in turning and good in maneuverability.
