Gear pump device for rubber extrusion

In a gear pump device for rubber extrusion, prolongation of the maintenance intervals is intended by preventing rubber scorch occurring at the gear support-shaft portion. It has a bushing ring 5 inserted in a gear-housing bore 3 of a housing 4. The bushing ring 5 rotatably supports a support-shaft portion 7 of a gear 2 accommodated in the gear-housing bore 3. The bushing ring 5 has a bearing 15 and a sealing means 16 built-in. The sealing means 16 includes a seal ring 22 of which cross section is ]-shaped and which has a first lip portion 22i contacting with the outer peripheral surface of the support-shaft portion 7, a second lip portion 22o disposed outside thereof in the radial direction, and a side wall portion 22m connecting between outer ends in the axial direction, of the first and second lip portions 22i, 22o.

Sealing structure for airtight container and vehicle refrigerant compressor provided with said structure

An object of the present invention is to achieve favorable sealability by a simple and low-cost structure using an O-ring. A sealing structure according to the present invention is provided with: a first sealing surface formed in an annular shape on a first container structural member configuring a housing (container); a second sealing surface overlaid on the first sealing surface, formed in annular shape on a second container structural member configuring the housing; a plurality of concentric O-ring grooves formed on at least one of the first sealing surface and second sealing surface; and a plurality of O-rings fitted into the plurality of O-ring grooves. The filling ratio of the O-ring in the O-ring groove positioned on an outer side of the housing is larger than the filling ratio of the O-ring in the O-ring groove positioned on an inner side of the housing.

A geared fluid machine has a machine housing and first and second intermeshing gearwheels that are rotatably mounted in the machine housing with respect to an axis of rotation and are arranged at least partially contacting by their end faces. At least one axial washer is arranged in the machine housing with axial play and has on a distal side a pressure field surrounded by a circumferential seal. The seal contacts and seals against a first bearing surface of the axial washer, and also contacts and seals against a second bearing surface of the machine housing. The seal is at least partially U-shaped in section and has a first seal limb contacting the first bearing surface, a second seal limb contacting the second bearing surface, and a connecting limb connecting the first and second seal limbs.

Scroll fluid machine

In a scroll fluid machine, a thinned section (26) is provided in correspondence with a position at which the wrap height of a spiral wrap (15B, 16B) changes due to a step part. The thinned section (26) is provided on the front-side surface or the rear-side surface of a tooth tip section of at least one of the spiral wraps (15B, 16B) of at least one of partner scrolls (15, 16) respectively engaging with scrolls (15, 16). The thinned section (26) is provided in the direction in which the wrap thickness decreases so as to extend over at least a reduced-machining-accuracy area (27), which is an area where the machining becomes discontinuous due to at least a change in the wrap height. Thus, a contact failure between the spiral wraps (15B, 16B) is avoided in the area where the machining accuracy relatively decreases as a result of increasing the machining speed, thereby achieving both improved productivity and maintained performance.

Tangential force internal combustion engine

An internal combustion engine utilizes the four-cycle process. Gas working chambers are formed using portions of a toroid, two opposing pistons, and seals at the inner gap. A cycle occur over 360 degrees of the toroid with gas ports appropriately placed. One Power Vane (PV) and one Reaction Vane (RV) connect to a central shaft with one piston assembly attached to each end of each vane. The PV produces driving torque on a central shaft through an Overrunning Clutch System (OCS). At specific angles and for controlled durations the PV and RV are slowed, stopped, held to the housing, and then accelerated and coupled to the shaft. Vane movement is controlled by gears, cam ramps, and pin mechanisms operated via multiple, independent but time-coordinated systems. The power vane has no controlled acceleration as combustion forces couple this vane to the shaft via the OCS.
