Curling method
A method of curling using a curling device comprising a flap and a channel connected to each other. A curling member having an elongated shape and a curved cross-section is implemented in the channel. The curling member is capable of transitioning between an extended configuration and a curled configuration. The channel has a curved cross-section corresponding to the curling member's curved cross-section, which creates a trough, whereby hair can be positioned in the trough and held therein by wrapping the flap over the trough and around the channel. Transitioning the curling member from an extended configuration to a curled configuration holds the flap and the hair in a curved configuration, which imparts a curl to the hair when the hair is held in the curled configuration for some time.
