ENGINE
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an engine with reforming cylinders which are fuel reforming devices capable of supplying a reformed fuel according to the outputs of outputting cylinders. The engine is provided with the outputting cylinders for burning the fuel and the reforming cylinders which are the fuel reforming devices for reforming the fuel through the reciprocating motions of pistons. The amount of reformed fuel supplied to all the outputting cylinders is changed according to the outputs of the outputting cylinders while maintaining the amount of supplied fuel and the amount of suctioned gas, which are supplied into one reforming cylinder.
Multiple motor gas turbine engine system with auxiliary gas utilization
A vehicle propulsion system comprises at least two motors. Combustion occurs upstream of a first motor, and a second motor is downstream of said first motor. The first motor is a turbine that drives a primary propulsion element to effect propulsion and a compressor to effect compression. The second motor is an expansion device whose incoming gases arrive from said first motor. The first motor and the second motor intercommunicate energy via electrical, electromagnetic, and/or mechanical means. Pressurized gases that result from said compression, combustion, or both are rendered or wastegated for auxiliary usage such as aerial thrust, vertical takeoff and/or vertical landing, near-vertical takeoff and/or near-vertical landing, pneumatic storage for hybrid drive, pneumatic lift and/or drive for towing and/or raising another vehicle, aerial vehicle steering, aerial vehicle pitch stabilization or manipulation, aerial vehicle roll stabilization or manipulation, and/or aerial vehicle yaw stabilization or manipulation.

GASEOUS FUEL PUMPING SYSTEM
In high horse power engines there are strict energy budgets allotted for each subsystem. It is a challenge for a gaseous fuel pumping system to supply the necessary gaseous fuel mass flow to the engine while staying within budget. A method for pressurizing a gaseous fuel supplied to an engine comprises providing first and second hydraulically actuated pumping apparatus comprising first and second shuttle valves in first and second hydraulic pistons respectively; and selectively communicating hydraulic fluid flow to the first and second hydraulically actuated pumping apparatuses. In a first mode hydraulic fluid is communicated through the first hydraulically actuated pumping apparatus to the second hydraulically actuated pumping apparatus. In a second mode hydraulic fluid is communicated through the second hydraulically actuated pumping apparatus to the first hydraulically actuated pumping apparatus. The method switches between the first and second modes when a pressure drop in hydraulic fluid pressure associated with the hydraulic fluid flowing through the first and second shuttle valves is detected.
