Scroll compressor that includes a non-orbiting scroll having a bypass hole
A scroll compressor according to the present invention includes a casing, an orbiting member provided within the casing and performing an orbiting motion, a non-orbiting member forming a compression chamber together with the orbiting member, the compression chamber having a suction chamber, an intermediate pressure chamber and a discharge chamber, a communication passage communicating inside and outside of the compression chamber with each other, an opening/closing valve assembly provided outside the non-orbiting member within the casing and opening and closing the communication passage, and a switching valve assembly provided within the casing and operating the opening/closing valve assembly, whereby a facilitated fabrication, improved valve responsiveness and a relaxed restriction for a specification of a valve can be achieved, and also an over-compression can be prevented by an installation of a check valve, and an assembling efficiency can be improved by installing two valve assemblies outside the non-orbiting member.
Eccentric bush assembly structure of scroll compressor
An eccentric bush assembly structure of a scroll compressor, in which an orbiting scroll is eccentrically coupled to a rotary shaft of a drive motor, including a bush body rotatably coupled to the orbiting scroll while being pinned to the rotary shaft of the drive motor by an eccentric shaft, the bush body having a friction prevention groove formed in a surface facing a tip surface of the rotary shaft so as not to come into frictional contact with the tip surface.
Sealing assembly for a progressive cavity pump
A sealing assembly for a progressive cavity pump and a progressive cavity pump assembly having a retaining sleeve, a ring, and an elastic diaphragm terminating in a first end of the diaphragm in a first opening, and in a second end of the diaphragm, opposite the first end, in a second opening larger than the first opening. The second opening is held in contact with the retaining sleeve by the ring, and the first opening is configured to grip a rotor of the progressive cavity pump, and the ring is configured to hold the second opening fixed with respect to a stator of the progressive cavity pump.
Rotary compressor
A rotary compressor is provided that may include a cylinder having an inner peripheral surface; a roller; and a plurality of vanes slidably inserted into the plurality of vane slots to rotate together with the roller, front end surfaces of which come into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder due to the back pressure to partition the compression space into a plurality of compression chambers. The cylinder may further include a suction flow path for refrigerant that may include a suction port that communicates with the compression space to suction the refrigerant in a lateral direction, and a suction passage disposed in a direction that crosses the suction port to provide communication between the compression space and the suction port.
Scroll compressor and home appliance including the same
A scroll compressor including a fixed scroll including a fixed wrap, an orbiting scroll including an orbiting wrap facing the fixed scroll to form a compression chamber together with the fixed wrap, and a first receiving groove formed on a second surface, opposite to the orbiting wrap, a frame including a second receiving groove formed on a surface facing the second surface of the orbiting scroll and forming a ring-shaped chamber disposed inside the frame and between the second surface and the surface of the frame, a guide ring disposed in the ring-shaped chamber, and a plurality of roller bearings each including an inner ring fixed to the guide ring, wherein some of the roller bearings are disposed in the first receiving groove and others are disposed in the second receiving groove, and the guide ring and the plurality of roller bearings prevent the orbiting scroll from rotating.
Gear wheel having an improved profile
A gear wheel (10) for a hydraulic apparatus is rotatable about an axis of rotation (H-H) and comprises a plurality of teeth (11) having a sectional profile (P) and being adapted to mesh with respective teeth of another gear wheel during a rotational motion about the axis of rotation (H-H), wherein at least one tooth (11) is shaped so as to have at least one cutting edge (12) configured to remove material, in particular chips, from a body which is contacted by the cutting edge during the rotation of the gear wheel (10), wherein the cutting edge (12) is defined by at least one groove (14) which is lowered by amount from 0.2% to 5% of the height (H) of the tooth (11), said the groove (14) decreasing away from the cutting edge (12) along the profile (P).
Scroll compressor with a lubrication arrangement
The scroll compressor (1) includes an orbiting scroll arrangement (7), and a drive shaft (18) configured to drive the orbiting scroll arrangement (7) in an orbital movement, the drive shaft (18) including a lubrication channel (32) and a first lubrication hole (35) fluidly connected to the lubrication channel (32) and emerging in an outer wall of the drive shaft (18). The scroll compressor (1) further includes a first and a second bearings (38, 39) axially offset along a rotation axis of the drive shaft (18) and each configured to engage the drive shaft (18). The first and second bearings (38, 39) and the drive shaft (18) partially define a first annular gap (44) in which emerges the first lubrication hole (35). The first bearing (38) and the drive shaft (18) define a first oil recess fluidly connected to the first annular gap (44), and the second bearing (39) and the drive shaft (18) define a second oil recess fluidly connected to the first annular gap (44).
Scroll compressor with movable non-orbiting scroll
An elastic body is provided which biases one of a fixed scroll and an orbiting scroll in a direction in which the fixed scroll and the orbiting scroll are spaced away from each other. With this, upon the start-up of a compressor, a gap is formed between the fixed scroll and the orbiting scroll, and thus the startability is improved.
Vane pump
A vane cell pump for a transmission of a motor vehicle includes a housing. A rotor defines a plurality of slots. The plurality of slots runs radially. A plurality of vanes is arranged in the plurality of slots of the rotor. An end plate is positioned in a bottom area of the housing. The end plate is configured as a fluid guide with a suction channel and a pressure channel. The end plate forms a bottom wall of the housing.
