An oil-injected multistage compressor device that comprises at least one low-pressure stage compressor element (2) with an inlet (4a) and an outlet (5a) and a high-pressure stage compressor element (3) with an inlet (4b) and an outlet (5b), whereby the outlet (5a) of the low-pressure stage compressor element (2) is connected to the inlet (4b) of the high-pressure stage compressor element (3) via a conduit (6), characterized in that an intercooler (9) is provided between the low-pressure stage compressor element (2) and the high-pressure stage compressor element (3) in the aforementioned conduit (6) and that the compressor device (1) is also equipped with a restriction (10) for limiting the amount of oil injected in the low-pressure stage compressor element (2).
VARIABLE-FREQUENCY COMPRESSOR WITH ADAPTIVE HEATING POWER CONTROL AND METHOD FOR OPERATING THE SAME
The present disclosure provides a variable-frequency compressor with adaptive heating power control and a method for operating the same. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the variable-frequency compressor includes: a compression unit, for compressing a medium entering the variable-frequency compressor; a motor, including a stator and a rotor, for driving the compression unit; and a controller, configured to adaptively control a heating power of a winding of the stator according to information of the variable-frequency compressor.
Rotary screw compressor rotor having work extraction mechanism
A gas compressor is disclosed that includes a first rotor having a first rotor body, the first rotor body including a plurality of helical lobes, an infernal volume within the first rotor body defined by a wall, and a turbine disposed within the internal volume, the turbine including a turbine body and a plurality of airfoils extending substantially radially from the turbine body to the wall, where the internal volume is structured to enable a cooling fluid to flow therethrough. The gas compressor further includes a second rotor body including a plurality of helical flutes, an inlet manifold and an outlet manifold, both disposed within the second rotor body, and a body channel within at least one flute extending from and in fluid communication with the inlet manifold to the outlet manifold, where the body channel is structured to enable a cooling fluid to flow therethrough.
Screw compressor for a utility vehicle
A screw compressor for a utility vehicle includes at least one housing, at least one housing cover and at least one rotor housing. At least one seal is provided, wherein, when assembled, there is an oil sump in the housing, and the seal is arranged between the housing cover and the rotor housing and projects out of the oil sump with respect to the assembled state. The seal is formed as a sealing plate and has multiple passage openings.
Co-rotating scroll compressor with bearing able to roll along surface
A compressor may include a shell assembly, a compression mechanism, a driveshaft, a first bearing, a second bearing, a third bearing, and a surface supporting the third bearing. The compression mechanism may include first and second compression members. The driveshaft may be coupled to the first compression member to rotate the first compression member relative to the second compression member. The first bearing may support the driveshaft for rotation about a first axis. The second bearing may support the driveshaft for rotation about the first axis. The third bearing defines a second axis. The third bearing may support the second compression member for rotation relative to the first compression member. The surface may support the third bearing such that the third bearing is able to roll along the surface to move the second compression member and the second axis in a radial direction relative to the first compression member.
SCROLL COMPRESSOR AND AIR CONDITIONER HAVING THE SAME
A scroll compressor includes a motor portion fixed in an inner space of a casing, a compression portion fixed to the inner space of the casing at one side of the motor portion in an axial direction, a rotation shaft to transmit a driving force from the motor portion to the compression portion, and a flow path guide provided in a discharge space between the motor portion and the compression portion and provided with a guide outlet communicating with the discharge space and opened in a direction toward the rotation shaft. Therefore, most of refrigerant discharged to the discharge space through the flow path guide is moved toward an air gap to enhance an oil separation effect, and thus a normal operation point of the air conditioner can be accelerated.
Elastomer series coupling damper for supercharger
A coupling assembly arranged between an input shaft and a rotor shaft of a supercharger includes a first hub, a second hub, a central hub, and a plurality of coupler pins. The first hub can be mounted with the input shaft. The second hub can be mounted with the rotor shaft. The central hub can be disposed in between the first and second hubs. The central hub can have an elastomeric body that defines a series of passages therein. The passages can taper inwardly throughout and provide incremental dampening against the first and second plurality of pins. The plurality of coupler pins can be received in the central hub bores.
