Wellbore debris handler for electric submersible pumps
Systems and methods for decreasing a size of debris entering an electrical submersible pump assembly in a subterranean well with a debris handling assembly include a handler housing with an inner bore and a housing cutting profile located on an inner surface of the inner bore. A cutting blade is secured to a rotating shaft within the inner bore of the handler housing, the cutting blade being aligned with a first portion of the housing cutting profile. A mill is secured to the rotating shaft, the mill aligned with a second portion of the housing cutting profile. An annular mill space is defined by an outer surface of the mill and the inner surface of the inner bore, the annular mill space decreasing in a radial dimension in a downstream direction.
VACUUM PUMPING SYSTEM
A vacuum pumping system which comprises a plurality of vacuum pumping arrangements for evacuating a flammable gas stream and exhausting the gas stream through an exhaust outlet. A housing houses the vacuum pumping arrangements and forms an air flow duct for an air flow for mixing with the exhaust gas stream output from the exhaust outlet in a mixing region in the housing. An airflow generator generates an air flow through the air flow duct to cause mixing of air with the flammable gas stream to a percentage of the flammable gas in the air flow lower than the lower flammability limit of the flammable gas. An airflow sensor senses the flow of air for determining if the air flow is sufficient to dilute the flammable gas to lower than said percentage.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR CONVERTING RECIPROCATING MOTION INTO CONTINUOUS ROTATION, AND APPLICATION
The present disclosure discloses a device and a method for converting reciprocating motion into continuous rotation, and application includes: a central shaft and rotating discs, each rotating disc is connected to the central shaft through a bearing, the rotating disc is arranged concentrically with the bearing, wings are arranged on a circumference of rotating disc, upper wing surfaces of the wings are of convex structures. According to the device for converting reciprocating motion into continuous rotation of the present disclosure, the rotating directions of the wings can be kept unchanged all the time during the reciprocating motion of the device by using airfoil structures of the wings in the device and limiting mounting angles of the wings, so as to obtain a continuous lifting force with a constant direction.
