Double Sided Fastening Device
An elongate double sided construction fastener having a first end and a second end separated by at least one flange, and the first end and second end can be nails, screws, or any other fastener, the same or different.
Drivable screw nail
An impact-driven threaded nail includes a threaded portion with a lead angle of about 45, the threaded portion being defined along an outer circumference of a nail shank that includes a first end defined as a pointed tip; and a head having a larger diameter than the nail shank, the head being integrally provided at a second end of the nail shank, wherein a tapered portion of the head on a back-surface side in continuation with the nail shank is defined in a pyramidal shape having one of regular pentagonal to octagonal cross-sections with a diameter decreasing gradually toward the nail shank, and the threaded nail is configured to be impact-driven and rotate into a mounting member when impacted.

Drywall Anchor Device
The drywall anchor device successfully anchors a plurality of objects to a drywall, thereby avoiding damage to the drywall and preventing the loss of anchor-to-drywall that is well known in the practice. The device is provided in a plurality of sizes to further prevent object-to-drywall separation, especially when attempting to anchor large objects and shower rods to the drywall. Anchored tines on the drywall anchor device greatly decrease workloads and problems known in such attempts, as the device is quickly tapped into place with a mallet, hammer, or the like.
Indirect firing fastening tool, a propelling member and a fastener supporting such member for the tool, and a setting method for a fastener
An indirect firing fastening tool, comprising driving and propelling means for a fastener to be set into a support, such driving means being rotationally mobile and configured to directly cooperate with the fastener or with a propelling member supported by the latter, so that a rotation of the driving means directly causes the translational driving and the propulsion of the fastener.
Pre-plated spline formed fastener and method for making same
A method for making a plated spline nail includes plating an elongated wire with a corrosion resistant material, passing the wire through a forming machine having rollers configured with protrusions formed thereon and extending outwardly therefrom to form grooves in the wire. cutting the wire to a desired length and forming a head, and a point on the wire to form the nail. The nail may have ring shanks formed therein after the head and point are formed. A lubricant may be applied to the nail and/or the forming machine prior to forming the ring shanks and/or prior to passing the wire through the forming machine to form the grooves in the wire. A nail formed by pre-plating the wire, and a nail formed by the method are also disclosed.
Wall anchor assemblies
An anchor assembly for hanging an object on a wall includes a first anchor component and a second anchor component. The first anchor component includes a base having front, back, top, bottom, left and right sides, and at least one wall penetrating retainer extending from the base and having a wall penetrating extent that protrudes rearwardly of the base and has a downwardly curved configuration. The second anchor component includes a base having front, back, top, bottom, left and right sides, at least one wall penetrating retainer extending from the base of the second anchor component and having a wall penetrating extent that protrudes rearwardly of the base of the second anchor component and has a curved configuration. The second anchor component is pivotably associated with the first anchor component for movement between an anchoring orientation and a non-anchoring orientation.

One-piece and two-piece shingle repair patch
A shingle patch for repairing damaged asphalt shingles including a base member having a notched portion or a thin sheet of material associated with one end thereof for sliding under the existing shingle located immediately above the damaged shingle, a sealant covering at least a portion of the notched portion or thin sheet of material and the bottom surface of the base member for attaching the base member to the damaged shingle, and color granules associated with at least a portion of the top surface of the base member. A nail may be embedded in the base member to further secure the shingle patch to a damaged shingle. An additional two-piece shingle patch is provided wherein the base member is further separated into two separate parts, an upper base member and a lower base member, the lower base member including the notched portion or a thin sheet of material.
Polymeric Fastener
A polymeric fastener for use in the construction industry for fastening wood and other basic materials together. The polymeric fastener can be formed in the basic shape of a nail and/or a staple-like fastener. Preferred embodiments of the polymeric fastener include a hardened binder embedded with a filler and/or a core for adequate strength as required for use with a delivery device powered by pneumatics, hydraulics, or other mechanical systems.
