A CONNECTION DEVICE AND A FRAME PROVIDED WITH SUCH A DEVICE
A connection device for a frame, the connection device comprising a body comprising: a first engagement member (1) and a second engagement member (2). Said body comprises a sealing flange (13) which is configured to extend in parallel alignment with a first flange (7) of a first beam (4) and with a second flange of a second beam when the first and second beams are connected to the connection device via the first and second engagement members (1, 2) respectively, and which sealing flange (13) comprises a first recess (14) configured for receiving the first flange (7) of the of first beam (4) when the first beam (4) is connected to the connection device via the first engagement member (1), and a second recess (15) configured for receiving the second flange of the second beam when the second beam is connected to the connection device via the second engagement member (2).
Engagement structure
An engagement structure engages a first part with a second part, and includes a receive portion provided on the first part and an insertion portion provided on the second part. The insertion portion includes an insertion main body protruded in its insertion direction to the receive portion, and protrusions protruded from a side face of the insertion main body and having elasticity to be deformable. The receive portion includes an opening provided with an opening main portion into which the insertion main body is inserted and cutouts into which the protrusions are inserted when the insertion main body is inserted into the opening main portion, and overhangs that are disposed adjacently to the opening main portion to prevent, on a back surface of the receive portion, the protrusions from being pulled out due to elastic restorations of the protrusions that have passed through the cutouts.

Vehicle wheel nut
The utility model discloses a wheel nut, including a nut body which the outside surface comprises of multiple identical arc surfaces. The arc surface is protruding outward, and the radius of the arc surface is larger than the circumscribed radius of the outside surface of the nut body. The utility model designs the existing square surface of the outer hexagon feature of the wheel nut as an arc surface, which the contact area between the wheel nut and the sleeve and the loading area of the wheel nut can be increased, and then the deformation and looseness of the wheel nut can be avoided effectively, and therefore the service life of the wheel nut can be improved.
Joint structure for vehicle
There is provided a joint structure for a vehicle, the joint structure including: a plate-shaped first member; a plate-shaped second member, of which at least a portion is superposed with the first member in a plate thickness direction of the first member; plural crimped portions provided in a region at which the first member and the second member are superposed, the first member and second member being joined at the crimped portions by mechanical clinching from a side at which the first member is disposed; and a reinforcing portion provided at the first member, the reinforcing portion being inflected toward a substantially normal direction in a vicinity of the crimped portions.
Locking dowel assembly
A locking dowel assembly for joining wooden objects without glue or screws includes a pair of cups. Each of the cups is inserted into a well in a respective pair of objects intended for joining together. A pair of inserts is provided and each of the inserts is positioned against each other such that the pair of inserts forms a cylinder. The cylinder is inserted into each of the cups for joining the objects together. A retainer is positioned between each of the inserts and the retainer has a plurality of teeth thereon. The teeth engage the cups when the insert is inserted into each of the cups thereby retaining the inserts in the cups.

CLIP FOR RELEASABLY CONNECTING COMPONENTS
A clip for releasably connecting a first component, in particular a first plate element, to a second component, in particular a second plate element, wherein the first component comprises at least one projecting edge portion, wherein the edge portion comprises a respective recess at its opposite end regions, and the second component comprises at least one elongated hole, wherein the edge portion penetrates the elongated hole in an assembled state and projects out of the elongated hole at least so far that the recesses project at least partly out of the elongated hole. The clip comprises: two longitudinal elements each having a first and a second end, wherein the two longitudinal elements are movably connected to each other at the respective first end; a closure element provided at the second end of at least one longitudinal element, wherein the closure element is configured to releasably connect the second ends of the longitudinal elements; and at least two holding segments which are provided in opposite end regions of the longitudinal elements and which are configured to be engaged with the respective recesses of the edge portion of the first component and releasably connect the components to each other.
FUNCTIONAL COMPONENT, COMPONENT ASSEMBLY COMPRISING A FUNCTIONAL COMPONENT, AND METHOD FOR SECURING A FUNCTIONAL COMPONENT TO A HOLDING COMPONENT
A functional component which is designed to be secured to a holding component by pressing a connecting element into a depression of the holding component. In a non-deformed state, the connecting element protrudes in a press-in direction from a base body of the functional component and is designed to be deformed by applying a force to the base body, so that the connecting element is widened in an end area and the end area is introduced into a wall of the depression. The base body includes a contact surface surrounding the connecting element which abuts a support surface of the holding component in a coupled state of the functional component. A functional module of the functional component is provided by a partial area of the base body facing away from the contact surface.
Method for undetachably introducing guiding aid elements into a component, component with guiding aid elements and composite component
A method for undetachably introducing a guiding aid element into at least one joining location of at least one component is provided. The method includes the acts of: a) perforating the at least one component at the at least one joining location in a first press stroke of a tool press, wherein a preliminary hole is formed at the at least one joining location; b) inserting a joining aid element into the at least one preliminary hole; and c) pressing the at least one joining aid element with the at least one component in a subsequent press stroke or working step to form a material-bonding, form-fitting and/or force-fitting connection between the at least one component and the at least one joining aid element. A component and a composite component produced by such a method are also provided.
