Glueless joining devices for interlocking with hollow shafts
A glueless shaft joining system, apparatus and method are disclosed. A base insertable into the hollow interior of the shaft can include a plurality of flexible fingers separated by a slot defined between each of the adjacent flexible fingers. The interior of the base is hollow and includes a threaded portion adjacent to the distal end that extends inwards in a proximal direction. A set screw can be inserted into the threaded portion of the hollow interior of the base. The set screw includes a threaded head portion and a non-threaded tail portion that diverges as it extends away from the head portion. The tail portion deflects the flexible fingers laterally outwardly as the set screw is advanced in the proximal direction through the base. A component, such as a broad head or arrow nock can be coupled to the insert as desired.
Fastener having a damping function
A fastener having a damping function with which at least a first and a second component can be connected via a screw connection. The fastener consists of the following components: an elastically deformable outer sleeve, a support sleeve arranged therein and a screw sleeve with telescopic portion arranged in the outer sleeve. When establishing the connection between the components, the outer sleeve folds, whereby the support sleeve and the screw sleeve are moved into each other.

HYDRAULIC TENSIONING AND RELEASE TOOL FOR EXPANSION FASTENERS
A hydraulic tensioning and release tool for an expansion fastener of a type having an elongate member with a tapered portion for fastening a workpiece. The tool includes a sleeve for placement about the tapered portion; a cylinder(s) including a cylinder for generating compressive force against the workpiece; a release piston for displacing the sleeve and a tension piston for coupling to elongate member. The tension piston and the cylinder(s) defining a tension chamber and the release piston. One of cylinder(s) defines at least one release chamber. Hydraulic ports are in fluid communication with the tension chamber and the release chamber for application of hydraulic pressure to displace the tension piston and the release piston for respectively tensioning the elongate member and for releasing the sleeve from the tapered portion. A tension retaining arrangement retains the elongate member in tension subsequent to removal of hydraulic pressure from the tensioning chamber.
ACOUSTICALLY ATTENUATING FASTENERS
A fastener for securing drywall to a framing member include an elastomeric sleeve that reduces the transmission of sound through the drywall to the framing member and vice versa.

Blind fastener
A reusable blind fastener including a bushing, a nut, a tail, a receiver, an expansion device, and a screw. The expansion device having an exterior surface that is discontinuous and configured for selective elastic deformation when engaging a portion of the screw.
BLIND FASTENER
A blind fastener is disclosed having a head, a shaft with a tail, a tail of the blind fastener including the tail of the shaft and a sleeve surrounding the tail of the shaft, and a barrier secured to the tail of the blind fastener. The sleeve is configured to expand away from the tail of the shaft to form an expanded sleeve which is forced against a face of a workpiece to clamp the workpiece between the head and the expanded sleeve. The barrier is configured to be forced against the face of the workpiece to form a sealed cover around the tail of the blind fastener.

BLIND FASTENERS
A blind fastener is disclosed having a bolt part, a sleeve part, and a tubular insulating sheath. The bolt part is at least partially received within the sleeve part. A first end of the sheath is retained on the bolt part such that relative axial movement between the first end of the sheath and the bolt part is substantially prevented. The blind fastener is movable between: a pre-installation configuration in which the sleeve part has a first axial position relative to the bolt part and a predetermined section of the sheath is adjacent an outer surface of the sleeve part; and a post-installation configuration in which the sleeve part has a second, different axial position relative to the bolt part and the predetermined section of the sheath is adjacent an inner surface of the sleeve part.
