RUST PROOFING TREATMENT LIQUID FOR THREADED PART, METHOD FOR PRODUCING RUST-PROOFED THREADED PART, AND RUST-PROOFED THREADED PART
Threaded parts such as bolts are rust-proofed by using a treatment liquid including a binder resin containing silica and at least one of a modified epoxy resin obtained by graft polymerization using a carboxylic acid-containing acrylic polymer as a side chain and a modified acrylic resin obtained by graft polymerization using a carboxylic acid-containing acrylic polymer as a side chain. By using this treatment liquid, coating treatment can be carried out at one time without need to use an organic solvent. There is an advantage that the friction coefficient does not increase even when tightening is repeated.
Device for introducing force into a component of fiber composite material
The invention relates to a device for introducing force into a component of fiber composite material by means of a screw connection having a bolt-like connecting element arranged in a passage of the component. The invention is based in particular on the problem of improving the durability of the screw connection on the component of fiber composite material. The object is achieved in that the screw connection has a two-part bush (6) which borders the passage (2) of the component (1) and accommodates the connecting element (9), wherein the first and the second bush part (6.1, 6.2) of the bush (6) are designed to engage in one another in axial extension, and each bush part (6.1, 6.2) has a radially extended union collar (15.1, 15.2) with a collar side (16.1, 16.2) facing the component (1), on which side a sliding surface is formed.

Bolt for peeling coating film
A bolt for peeling a coating film of the present invention includes notch parts for peeling a coating film, the notch parts being formed over a plurality of pitches at top parts of screw threads in a male screw part formed in a shaft part. The bolt is characterized in that the respective notch parts formed over the plurality of pitches are arranged to be greatly inclined at an angle of 40 to 50 to an axial line of the shaft part. Since the respective notch parts can be rolled sequentially, it is possible to form the notch parts to be deeper and sharper than conventional ones and to enhance the coating film peeling performance. Also, the coating film peeled can be discharged efficiently as compared with conventional cases.

SET SCREW CONNECTOR
Disclosed is a set screw for connecting conductors with electrical terminals, such as a terminal block of a load panel. The screw includes a screw body and a screw face. The screw face fits inside the screw body and is movable along the axis of the screw body. An elastically deformable member, such as a coil spring or set of spring washers is disposed between the screw body and the screw face. The elastically deformable member compresses in response to force exerted between the screw body and screw face. An indicator bar is connected with the screw face and moves along the axis of the screw body along with the screw face in response to the compressive force. The proximal end of the indicator bar extends proximal of the screw body and includes one or more indicia that show the displacement of the screw face with respect to the screw body and hence the deformation of the elastically deformable member. The outer surface of the screw body is threaded to engage with a threaded bore of a terminal block. In operation, the set screw is threaded into the terminal block and the screw face engages with a conductor. Continued rotation of the screw causes the screw face to exert force on the conductor, mechanically connecting the conductor with the terminal block and creating an electrical connection. The location of the indicia relative to the screw body shows the amount of force being applied by the screw face onto the conductor.
Quick-release engagement device
A quick-release engagement device for a female threaded member includes a tubular member and an actuating unit. The tubular member includes a contractible portion which has a male threaded segment and an actuated segment, and which is divided into a plurality of contractible sectors by a plurality of slits. The actuating unit is configured to press the actuated segment to permit the contractible sectors to deform synchronously from an expanded state, where the female threaded member is permitted to be in threaded engagement with the male threaded segment, to a contracted state, where the female threaded member is permitted to be quickly sleeved on or removed from the male threaded segment.
