System For Securing Together by Means of Press-Fitting a Casing and a Cover of a Housing Element
A housing element for applications in the manufacturing industry having a casing and a cover both made of metallic material, wherein the casing is provided with a groove and a flat mounting surface and the cover is provided with an end portion having a frustoconical side wall, an oblique annular bottom wall, and a securing system consisting in inserting the end portion of the cover inside the groove of the casing, wherein an interference (i) between a radially outer end of the end portion of the cover and a radially inner end of the flat mounting surface of the casing assumes values of between 0.2 mm and 0.5 mm and an angle () defined between the frustoconical side wall of the end portion of the cover and the flat mounting surface of the casing assumes values of between 45 and 80. The interference and the angle facilitate the insertion of the end portion of the cover inside the groove of the casing.
SYSTEM FOR SECURING A CASING AND A COVER OF A HOUSING ELEMENT
A housing element for food applications having a casing made of metallic material and a cover made of composite material and having a bottom surface which is closed or provided with a through-hole. The housing element is provided with a system for securing the cover on the casing, comprising at least two steps which are formed on the cover and which engage with interference inside at least two corresponding grooves formed on the casing.
CHARGING DEVICE
The invention relates to a charging device (1), in particular an exhaust gas turbocharger (2), comprising a bearing housing (3) and a shaft (4) supported therein, comprising an axial bearing disk (5) for supporting the shaft (4) in the axial direction (6).
It is essential for the invention thereby that a receptacle (7) for the axial bearing disk (5) is provided, wherein the receptacle (7) has a single lug (9), which protrudes radially inwardly to an axis (8), that the axial bearing disk (5) has an edge-side recess (10), which is formed complementary to the bearing housing-side lug (9), that the lug (9) and the recess (10) are formed and/or aligned in such a way that they allow for only a single predefined installation position of the axial bearing disk (5) in the receptacle (7),
TRACK ROLLER ASSEMBLY
A track roller assembly includes a wheel body, a bearing, a wheel axle, a cap element, a rotating oil seal, an end cover and an oil body. The wheel body has a thread. The bearing is disposed on the wheel body. The wheel axle is disposed through the bearing. The cap element has a screw corresponding to the thread. One side of the rotating oil seal is connected to the cap element, and another side of the rotating oil seal rotatably abuts the wheel axle. The end cover is connected to the wheel axle. The oil body is limited to an accommodating space formed by the wheel body, the wheel axle, the cap element and the rotating oil seal.
Food hygienic bearing assembly
A food hygienic bearing assembly is presented herein. The assembly includes a housing, a bearing insert and an end cap. The housing includes a bore spanning between a first surface and a second surface, the bearing insert being disposed within the bore. A plurality of integral spacers extend from the second surface of the housing with a blind tapped hole disposed through each of the spacers and partially into a main body portion of the housing. The end cap is secured to the first surface of the housing in an at least partially covering relation to the bore via at least one fastener and at least one lubrication fitting. The end cap has a partially open configuration defined by a plurality of spaced holes disposed thereon, through which a mounting hole of the bearing insert is accessible without removing the end cap.
