Magnetic fluid sealing device and magnetic fluid sealed bearing
One object is to provide a magnetic fluid sealing device in which a magnetic fluid retained between a polar plate and a drive portion can be effectively prevented from spilling, so as to retain waterproofness for a long period. A magnetic fluid sealing device of the present invention includes a ring-shaped polar plate encircling a drive portion and retaining a magnet; and a magnetic fluid retained in a gap between the drive portion and the polar plate by a magnetic force of the magnet. The polar plate has a spill preventing portion provided thereon, the spill preventing portion having a projecting wall that is disposed distant from an end surface of the polar plate retaining the magnetic fluid, so as to prevent spill of the magnetic fluid.

The bearing bushing for a track includes an inner peripheral surface-side hardened layer formed to include the inner peripheral surface, an outer peripheral surface-side hardened layer formed to include the outer peripheral surface, a first end face-side hardened layer formed to include the first end face and having a region with a hardness of 63 HRC or more that has a thickness of 3 mm or more from the first end face, and an unhardened region lower in hardness than the inner peripheral surface-side hardened layer, the outer peripheral surface-side hardened layer, and the first end face-side hardened layer, and including at least the second end face. The bearing bushing is made of steel.
Rockshaft end cap
An agricultural vehicle includes a frame, a wheel supporting the frame, and a rockshaft coupled to the frame and operable to pivot with respect to the frame. The rockshaft has an outer surface, an inner surface and an open end. An internal end cap is positioned on the open end of the rockshaft. The internal end cap has an inner surface and an outer surface. The inner surface of the internal end cap contacts the outer surface of the rockshaft. An external end cap is positioned on the open end of the rockshaft and contacts the outer surface of the internal end cap. A fastener connects the external end cap to the frame to retain the external end cap on the rockshaft.
Bearing arrangement for a mutually turnable unit working under high pressure
A bearing arrangement for a unit that is mutually turnable around a center of rotation (R) comprising an external part (1) and an internal part (7), which, with the aid of high hydraulically acting pressure, is arranged to achieve a reciprocating rotary motion, or that is arranged to achieve a high hydraulic pressure from an applied torque from a reciprocating motion, whereby the external part (1) is provided with side walls arranged to axially surround at least a part of the internal part (7), and whereby the external part (1) comprises a radially inwardly arranged and essentially surrounding cavity (11, 12, 13, 14) in which the internal part (7) is arranged such that it can be rotated, which cavity (11, 12, 13, 14) is limited in the circumferential direction by at least one wing (3, 4) that protrudes inwards from the external part (1) and also limited by at least one wing (9, 10) that protrudes radially outwards from the internal part (7), which wings (3, 4, 9, 10) limit at least two chambers or compartments (11, 12, 13, 14) between the external part (1) and the internal part (7). At least one of the side walls of the external part is fixed connected with the, at least one, wing (3, 4) that protrudes radially inwards towards the internal part (7), which wing demonstrates a surface that faces radially inwards and that has a circular concave curvature for connection with an outwardly facing circular convex contact surface (8) at the internal part (7).
POWER SHAFT ASSEMBLY
A power shaft assembly for a work vehicle including a power shaft defining a longitudinal axis and having an outer surface and a housing surrounding the power shaft. The housing includes an inner surface, a first end with a first opening, and a second end with a second opening. The housing extends along the longitudinal axis of the power shaft from the first end to the second end. The housing defines an inner space in between the power shaft and the inner surface of the housing. The power shaft assembly also includes at least one axial fan radially within the housing and affixed to the outer surface of the power shaft. The at least one axial fan is configured to draw a fluid from the second opening of the housing and expel the fluid out through the first opening of the housing.
Industrial mower sealed roller bearing system
An industrial mower sealed roller bearing system provides a roller bearing to avoid repeated and frequent repacking. The system includes an industrial mower having a roller mount and a ground roller. The ground roller bearing includes an insert body having a first end, a closed second end, and a channel extending into the first end towards the second end. An outer section of a shaft extends from the insert body and is couplable to the roller mount. A face seal is provided at the first end of the insert body to define a sealed interior chamber. The face seal is positioned relative to the insert body and the shaft such that the insert body is rotatable relative to the shaft. Each of a plurality of interior bearings is positioned within the sealed interior chamber of the insert body such that the insert body is rotatable relative to the shaft.
MOWER DECK ROLLER ASSEMBLY
A mower deck can include roller assemblies that prolong the life of bearings by more evenly distributing the roller's load to the bearings. The roller assembly can include a roller that is secured between opposing bearings via a tapered shaft of the roller and a correspondingly tapered collar that is housed within the corresponding bearing. The interface between the tapered shaft and the tapered collar causes the collar to be secured snugly within the bearing while also providing even distribution of the roller's load to the bearing.
AGRICULTURAL MACHINE AND GROOVED SHAFT
An agricultural machine includes at least one processing device for harvested material and a drive train for the at least one processing device. The drive train has an output transmission stage with an output shaft for the at least one processing device. The output transmission stage includes an input gear and a grooved shaft connected in a non-rotatable manner to the input gear and the output shaft in such a manner that a drive connection between the input gear and the output shaft is achieved via the grooved shaft. The grooved shaft is provided with a ring groove defining a predetermined breaking point.
