PROCESS OF MANUFACTURING SELF-LUBRICATING ELEMENTS WITH NANOMETRIC LUBRICANTS
20200166077 · 2020-05-28 ·

A process for the manufacturing of self-lubricating elements such as bearings, plates, bushings and the like with composites obtained by impregnating special synthetic fabrics with thermosetting resins, catalyst and nano graphite and/or molybdenum disulfide nano and/or nano PTFE and/or nanoboron nitride, each of these, or other nanometric lubricants, added according to the tribological applications and requirements of the product.

DUST BOOT FOR A TIE ROD END OF A SICKLE BAR OF A COMBINE AND A METHOD OF MAKING
20200154633 · 2020-05-21 ·

The tie rod end includes a housing with an inner bore that extends along a central axis. A stud is partially received in the inner bore and has a shank portion which extends out of the inner bore for attachment with a gearbox. The tie rod end further includes an elastic boot body which extends from a first boot end, which is sealed with the housing, to a second boot end. A boot bearing, which is made of a plastic material, is secured with the second boot end. The boot bearing is in a dynamic sealing engagement with the shank portion of the stud. The boot bearing presents a plurality of radially inwardly extending and annularly-shaped ribs that contact the shank portion.

Bearing sealing device
10648571 · 2020-05-12 · ·

A bearing sealing device includes two seals (inner and outer seals) sealing the space between the inner and outer races of a bearing to ensure higher seal performance, and also to reduce the area of the inner periphery of the outer race that needs to be ground. The bearing sealing device includes a ring constituted by a metal annulus, and a rubber part. The metal annulus is formed by cold pressing, and has a seal contact surface kept in contact with seal lips of the outer seal. The rubber part includes a press-fitted portion fixed to the inner periphery of the outer race. The inner race has, on its outer periphery, a cylindrical fitting surface to which the outer seal is press-fitted.

ELECTRIC WORK MACHINE
20200112227 · 2020-04-09 ·

An electric work machine, such as a lawn mower includes a motor case (22) fixed inside a main-body housing (10). A brushless motor (21) is housed inside the motor case (22) and includes a stator (23) having a stator core (40), coils (45), and upper and lower insulators (42, 43), and a rotor (24) disposed inward of the stator (23) and having a rotary shaft (25). A spindle (17) is driven by the rotary shaft (25). The motor case (22) holds the stator (23) and axially supports the rotary shaft (25) via bearings (68, 76). One or more insulating members, such as an insulating cap (67) and/or a resin layer (78), provide electrical insulation between the stator core (40) and the rotary shaft (25).

CONTROL SYSTEM FOR A TERRAIN WORKING VEHICLE HAVING AN OPERATOR PROTECTION APPARTUS

Aspects hereof relate to a control system for a terrain working vehicle having an operator protection apparatus. In some aspects, the control system instructs and ceases an actuation of the operator protection apparatus to and between a raised position and a lowered position.

Hub Bearing System

There is disclosed a hub bearing assembly having a housing having an internal cylindrical opening; an annular bearing accommodated within the cylindrical opening of the housing; and a cylindrical pin accommodated within the annular bearing, wherein the housing and the cylindrical pin rotate relative to each other.

Mount system with bearing race friction lock assembly for agricultural machine

A steering cylinder mount system with a bearing race frictional lock assembly for an agricultural machine is provided that frictionally secures a bearing's inner race with respect to another component in a manner that ensures the bearing's inner and outer races rotate with respect to each other in preference to rotating the inner race with respect to an internally arranged supporting component. The bearing race friction lock assembly may frictionally engage multiple surfaces of the spherical bearing's inner race to lock the inner race with respect to its inwardly arranged supporting component(s).

HINGE ASSEMBLY FOR WING FRAME SECTIONS OF AGRICULTURAL IMPLEMENT

A hinge assembly for an agricultural implement having inner and outer wing frame sections has an inner pivot bracket pivotally coupled to the inner wing frame section at a fold pivot location, and an outer pivot bracket pivotally coupled to the outer wing frame section at a flex pivot location and coupled to the inner pivot bracket. An inner pivot link pivotally couples to the inner pivot bracket and the outer pivot bracket, and an outer pivot link pivotally couples to the outer pivot bracket and the outer wing frame section. The inner and outer pivot brackets pivot relative to each other at the fold pivot location between a working state and a folded state, and the flex pivot location moves relative to the fold pivot location during the relative pivoting. When in the working state, the fold pivot location is higher than a top side of the inner wing frame section and the flex pivot location is lower than a bottom side of the inner wing frame section.

Operator protection apparatus with an over-center linkage

Aspects hereof relate to an operator protection apparatus having at least one over-center linkage. In some aspects, an operator protection apparatus can be raised and lowered by an operator from a seated position, for example, on a terrain working vehicle. Additionally, the at least one over-center linkage may automatically lock in the operator protection apparatus in a raised position. Accordingly, a mechanical force is then required to overcome the lock, and allow the operator protection apparatus to return to a lowered position.
