The friction modifier contains a fatty acid ester of pentaerythritol.
COMPOSITE PROCESSING METHOD AND DEVICE FOR TEXTURE ON INNER SURFACE OF BEARING SHELL OF RADIAL SLIDING BEARING
The present invention provides a composite processing method and device for a texture on an inner surface of a bearing shell of a radial sliding bearing. A surface of a workpiece to be processed is processed by laser to obtain a micron-level texture, an obtained workpiece with the micron-level texture on a surface is placed on a compression device, and the workpiece with the micron-level texture on the surface is subjected to an electro-deposition reaction to obtain a workpiece with a nano-level texture on a surface. The processing device includes an inner spin-printing electrode electrochemical deposition system, a laser irradiation system and a motion control system. The inner spin-printing electrode electrochemical deposition system includes the inner spin-printing electrode, a direct current power supply, the bearing shell and a compression roller.
TOOL FOR INSERTING AN ANTI-ROTATION SECTION OF A THREADED ROD INTO A MARGINALLY SMALLER APERTURE
A tool for driving a threaded rod includes a shell, multiple balls and a cover. The shell includes a ring and a stepped aperture. The ring is formed on an internal face of the shell. The stepped aperture includes a first section on a side of the ring, a second section in the ring, and a third section on an opposite side of the ring. The multiple balls are inserted in the third section of the stepped aperture. The cover includes tube inserted in the first section of the stepped aperture through the second and third sections of the stepped aperture so that the cover retains the balls in the shell.
Guard Tube for Supporting a Drive Shaft of a Hand-Guided Power Tool
A guard tube assembly for a drive shaft of a power tool has a guard tube with a tube cross section deviating from a circular shape and having an inner contour and a center. An inner support tube inside the guard tube supports the drive shaft. The inner support tube has a bearing sleeve supported by support elements on the inner contour. The inner contour has a first and a second circumferential section. The first circumferential section has a smallest spacing to the center and the second circumferential section has a largest spacing to the center. The elastic support elements have a contact surface contacting the inner contour and spaced at a contact surface spacing to the center. The contact surface spacing is longer than the smallest spacing of the first circumferential section and shorter than or identical to the largest spacing of the second circumferential section.
Rotating Conduit Joints
A rotating conduit joint has a pair of conduits engaged with a bearing set. The bearing set has an outer race an inner race separated by ball bearings. The conduits have clearance holes aligned with radial holes in the races. Screw fasteners are engaged with the clearance holes and radial holes to secure the conduits to the bearing set in mutual rotation. The radial holes may be filled with a lubricant. Furthermore, the radial holes may be of constant diameter, conical, or threaded and may be open to the ball bearings to deliver the lubricant to the ball bearings.
PLASTICS SLIDING ELEMENT WITH SENSOR FUNCTION, IN PARTICULAR WITH WEAR DETECTION
A plastic sliding component for mounting without lubricant in a sliding bearing is proposed, having a moulded part which is manufactured from plastic and has a sliding face for movably guiding two bearing parts relative to one another. An electric function circuit with a sensor function for acquiring an operating parameter is arranged on the moulded part. The invention proposes that the function circuit comprises at least one conductor track structure which is formed on the moulded part as a carrier of the conductor track structure. The function circuit can preferably be applied to the prefabricated moulded part, which is made of plastic, by means of an additive fabrication method (AM method).
Pulley device for a tensioner roller or winding roller
A pulley device for a tensioner roller or winding roller of a transmission element, providing a pulley, and a bearing. The bearing includes a rotating outer ring mounted to the pulley, a fixed inner ring, and at least one row of rolling elements arranged between the rings. The inner ring of the bearing has at least one end portion protruding axially with respect to the outer ring. The pulley is provided with at least one pulley element that is C-shaped in axial section. One of the at least one pulley elements is provided with a lateral portion extending substantially radially to pass into the immediate vicinity of an outer surface of the axially protruding end portion of the inner ring.
