BEARING SYSTEM FOR SOLAR TRACKER
One embodiment provides an apparatus for a single axis tracker that includes a first strap component formed into a first portion of a bearing race. A second strap component is formed into a second portion of the bearing race. The first portion of the bearing race and the second portion of the bearing race removably interleave to hold a torque tube.
SOLENOID LOW FRICTION BEARING LINER
The present disclosure relates to a low friction bearing liner for a solenoid may include a low friction layer. The low friction layer may include a first fluoropolymer matrix component and a first thermoplastic filler component distributed throughout the first fluoropolymer matrix component. The content of the first fluoropolymer matrix component may be at least about 1 wt. % and not greater than about 99 wt. % for a total weight of the first low friction layer. The content of the first thermoplastic filler component may be at least about 1 wt. % and not greater than about 99 wt. % for a total weight of the first low friction layer.
CONTROL APPARATUS AND VACUUM PUMP PROVIDED WITH SAID CONTROL APPARATUS
A control apparatus includes a constant storage portion that stores constant values of an electromagnet coil including a resistance value Rm, an inductance Lm, a sampling time Ts, etc. A current storage portion stores previous current command values Ir having been regularly sampled by a microcomputer inside a current control circuit. A low-frequency feedback circuit generates a signal for suppressing an error between DC components and low-frequency components of an input current command value Ir and a detected current value IL and outputs the signal. An output voltage computing circuit calculates, based on the input current command value Ir[n+1], a stored value Ir[n] of the current storage portion, a stored value of a constant storage portion, and the signal of the low-frequency feedback circuit, a voltage for suppling the electromagnet coil with a current in accordance with a command, and outputs the calculated voltage.
ROLLING BEARING
In an outer ring rotating rolling bearing (10), an inclined surface is formed on an outer peripheral surface of an inner ring (12) and decreasing in diameter toward an axially outer side, a seal member (20) includes an annular core metal (21) and an annular elastic member (22) fixed to the core metal (21), and an elastic member (22) includes a neck portion (28) extending from an inner peripheral edge portion (24a) of the core metal (21) toward a radially inner side and a seal lip (30) formed at a tip end portion of a neck portion (28) and brought into contact with the inclined surface (41) of the inner ring (12) with a tightening margin. Here, T2≥T1, where a width of the core metal (21) is T1 and a thickness of the neck portion (28) is T2. As a result, even in an environment where the outer ring is rotated at high speed and the seal member is subjected to external pressure (pressure fluctuation), the influence of centrifugal force generated on the seal lip can be suppressed, and the sealing performance of the seal member can be ensured.
Bushing and cable gland including bushing
A cable gland includes a bushing. The bushing may include a rib on an interior surface of the bushing to facilitate sealing and gripping of a cable received in the cable gland. The bushing may comprise or be formed from a silicone rubber material.
Opening/closing mechanism of opening/closing body
An opening/closing mechanism that allows a cover member to be biased according with the degree of opening. A solution is that an opening/closing mechanism of an opening/closing body, comprises: a cover member 15 opening and closing around a shaft center of a third shaft 33 and disposed on a base portion 23, and an opening/closing body 10 in which the cover member 15 is biased toward an opening direction by a biasing force of a spring member 21 wherein a spring support portion 35 is provided on the base portion 23, and a spring receiver 37 is provided on the cover member 15, and in accordance with more opening of the cover member 15, a distance from the spring base portion 41b of the spring member 21 to an abutting position in the spring extending portion 41a with the spring receiver 37 becomes longer and the biasing force decreases.
SOLENOID LOW FRICTION BEARING LINER
The present disclosure relates to a low friction bearing liner for a solenoid that may include a core layer, a first outer layer overlying a first surface of the core layer, a second outer layer overlying the first outer layer, a first inner layer overlying a second surface of the core layer that is opposite of the first surface of the core layer, and a second inner layer overlying the first inner layer. The first outer layer and the first inner layer may include a fluoropolymer material and may have a melt flow rate of at least about 2 g/10 min at 372° C. The second outer layer and the second inner layer may include a fluoropolymer material distinct from the fluoropolymer material of the first outer layer and may have a surface coefficient of friction of not greater than about 0.2.
