Method for monitoring the functions of a friction clutch
A method is disclosed for monitoring the functions of a friction clutch which is arranged in a vehicle between a drive motor and a compressor of a compressed air supply system and which can be disengaged and engaged pneumatically. In a delivery mode of the compressor, at least one operating parameter is detected by sensor and evaluated in an electronic control unit. When a slipping condition of the friction clutch is identified, a value for a cut-off pressure of the compressor stored in the electronic control unit is reduced. When a slipping condition has been identified, the delivery mode of the compressor is ended by disengagement of the friction clutch, and a warning signal and/or warning information is outputted.

A power unit includes at least one drive source that outputs rotational power to a drive target other than pumps; a first pump rotationally driven by the rotational power of the drive source; a second pump rotationally driven by the rotational power of the drive source, the second pump being different form the first pump; and a power transmission structure that transmits the rotational power of the drive source to the first and second pumps. The power transmission structure includes transmission components and transmits the rotational power to the first pump through one of the transmission components and to the second pump through another of the transmission components.

A power unit includes at least one drive source that outputs rotational power to a drive target other than pumps; a first pump rotationally driven by the rotational power of the drive source; a second pump rotationally driven by the rotational power of the drive source, the second pump being different form the first pump; and a power transmission structure that transmits the rotational power of the drive source to the first and second pumps. The power transmission structure includes transmission components and transmits the rotational power to the first pump through one of the transmission components and to the second pump through another of the transmission components.

A generator for comprising a rotor, an inner shaft, an outer shaft, and an actuation means. The inner shaft is at least partially disposed inside the outer shaft. The inner shaft is coupled to the outer shaft by means of a translatable drive connection. The actuation means is configured to actuate the second shaft towards a retracted position. The translatable drive connection is configured to allow a transfer of torque between the first and second shafts, and enables movement of the second shaft, relative to the first shaft, along its axis of rotation from an extended position to a retracted position, such that an input portion of the second shaft can be at least partially retracted in a retraction direction towards the rotor upon activation of the actuation mechanism. A disconnect mechanism disposed on the second shaft can therefore be disconnected upon retraction of the second shaft.
Generator having a disconnect mechanism
A generator for comprising a rotor, an inner shaft, an outer shaft, and an actuation means. The inner shaft is at least partially disposed inside the outer shaft. The inner shaft is coupled to the outer shaft by means of a translatable drive connection. The actuation means is configured to actuate the second shaft towards a retracted position. The translatable drive connection is configured to allow a transfer of torque between the first and second shafts, and enables movement of the second shaft, relative to the first shaft, along its axis of rotation from an extended position to a retracted position, such that an input portion of the second shaft can be at least partially retracted in a retraction direction towards the rotor upon activation of the actuation mechanism. A disconnect mechanism disposed on the second shaft can therefore be disconnected upon retraction of the second shaft.

The controller performs clutch hydraulic pressure control for bringing the forward clutch into a semi-engagement state by controlling the hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic oil supplied to the forward clutch on condition that the wheel loader advances while raising the boom in at least a loaded state.

A wheel loader includes a boom, a forward clutch, and a controller configured to control hydraulic pressure of hydraulic oil supplied to the forward clutch. The controller performs clutch hydraulic pressure control for bringing the forward clutch into a semi-engagement state by controlling the hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic oil supplied to the forward clutch on condition that the wheel loader advances while raising the boom in at least a loaded state.

A clutch unit for a drive unit, comprising: at least one outer ring and one inner ring, wherein the rings are mounted rotatably relative to each other, the outer ring being configured to be in operative engagement with a first component of a drive unit of a vehicle and the inner ring being configured to be in operative engagement with a second component of a drive unit of a vehicle; at least one first locking element; at least one first displacement element; the at least one first locking element being movably mounted on one of the rings and being movable by the displacement element in order to engage in a corresponding recess of the other ring a rotationally fixed connection of the two rings in at least a first direction of rotation being provided.
