Cord lock
11421755 · 2022-08-23 · ·

A cord lock for adjusting the length of a cord includes a main body with a through hole, in which a cord can be inserted. A friction member is blocked in the main body in such a manner that a portion of a tooth thereof narrows the gap of the through-hole in order to limit the sliding of the cord.

Bursting head device

An articulating, rotating pipe bursting head device is provided. More particularly, the improved pipe bursting head device disclosed herein comprises a coupling means at the back or posterior end of the bursting pipe head device which connects the bursting pipe head device to the replacement or product pipe, typically through a universal duct puller attached to the front or anterior end of the product pipe. In one preferred embodiment, the coupling means allows for articulation of the replacement pipe relative to the bursting pipe head device. In another preferred embodiment, the articulating coupling means allows for articulation from 0° through 90°. In another embodiment, the coupling means allows for rotation of the replacement pipe relative to the pipe bursting head device. In another embodiment this rotating coupling means allows for 360° rotation. Thus, the present disclosure describes an articulating, rotating bursting pipe head device and method of use.

Bearing compression strap

A tensioning arrangement for a bearing ring, which introduces a compressive force towards a rotational centre of the bearing ring, to prevent the bearing ring distorting as a shaft supported by the bearing turns. The tensioner arrangement includes a strap and a tensioner. The strap has a connector at each end, and tensioner has an element for connecting to the connectors. The tensioner also has an element for applying tension to the strap. In use, the strap is arranged around the bearing ring and a circumferential length of the strap in contact with the bearing ring is reduced, thereby applying compressive force to the bearing ring.
