A belt holder includes a top section; slats; first straps attached to the slats, a strap of the first straps being configured to at least partially hold a belt to a respective slat of the slats; second straps attached to the slats, a strap of the second straps separating a slat of the slats from an adjacent slat of the slats by a first distance, the first distance being sufficient to allow folding of the slats; and wherein an end of at a first strap of the second straps and an end of a second strap of the second straps are attached to the top section and separate the top section from a topmost slat of the slats by a second distance, the second distance being sufficient to allow folding of the slats with the top section.

A rack apparatus includes a top member and a bottom member. A first extension arm is pivotably attached to the bottom member and a second extension arm is pivotably attached to the bottom member. A first linkage arm is pivotably attached to the top member and slideably attached to the first extension arm, and a second linkage arm is pivotably attached to the top member and slideably attached to the second extension arm. The rack apparatus is displaceable between a stowed position and a use position via linear displacement of the bottom member. When in the stowed position, the first and second extension arms are positioned alongside the top and bottom members, and when in the use position, the first and second extension arms extend away from the bottom member.

A shelf system may have a shelf member, and a biasing bracket attached to the shelf member having a rear portion and a forward portion. The system may also have a biasing member having a first end connected to the rear portion of the biasing bracket and a second end connected to the shelf member. The forward portion of the biasing bracket may have a lower stop adapted to prevent the shelf member from extending below a horizontal orientation. And, a pivot bracket may be located behind the lower stop through which a pivot extends and into the biasing bracket to permit selective movement of the shelf member.

At least one shelf board having opposite ends is removably connected to the left side board and the right side board of either the first sub-cabinet or the second sub-cabinet. A first end board is connected to either an upper end of the first sub-cabinet or a lower end of the second sub-cabinet. A first connector removably connects the left side boards of the first and second sub-cabinets, and a second connector removably connects the right side boards of the first and second sub-cabinets.

A modular cabinet assembly has at least a first sub-cabinet and a second sub-cabinet. Each sub-cabinet includes a back board having at least two separate back board pieces that are pivotably connected to each other, a left side board pivotably connected to one of the at least two back board pieces, and a right side board pivotably connected to another of the at least two back board pieces. At least one shelf board having opposite ends is removably connected to the left side board and the right side board of either the first sub-cabinet or the second sub-cabinet. The storage unit can be controlled using a remote application or other transmitter to operate the storage unit. An electronic lock mechanism can include an access code for providing access to the storage unit. The storage unit can be mounted to a ceiling joist(s) using wood screws.

A garment organizer assembly for storing garments and hats includes a pair of boxes for storing garments. Each of the boxes has a trough integrated therein for removing the garments from the boxes. Moreover, the boxes are removably attachable together having the boxes being vertically distributed. A plurality of hooks is each coupled to a respective one of the boxes to have a hat suspended thereon. A plurality of grapples is each coupled to and extends upwardly from a respective one of the boxes to engage an upper edge of a door for suspending the boxes on the door.
