LOW-PROFILE FLUID CONDUIT/COLLECTOR AND SYSTEM
A low-profile fluid collection conduit includes an elongate outer cover having an upper portion and a lower portion generally opposite the upper portion, with the outer cover being much wider than it is tall and defining an interior volume. An elongate rigid spacer is fitted within the interior volume of the elongate outer cover, with the elongate spacer allowing the majority of the interior volume to be unfilled so as to permit the flow of fluid along and within the elongate outer cover. The collection conduit is used with a fluid-impermeable membrane as part of a landfill fluid collection and conveyance system.
Fluid supply pipe
A fluid supply pipe according to an embodiment of the invention includes a first internal structure, a second internal structure, and a pipe body configured to house the first internal structure and the second internal structure, and the pipe body has an inlet and an outlet. The first internal structure includes a head portion comprising a plurality of spiral vanes, and a body portion positioned downstream from the head portion and comprising a plurality of protrusions on its outer circumferential surface. The second internal structure formed in a hollow shaft shape includes a head portion comprising a plurality of spiral vanes, and a body portion positioned downstream from the head portion and comprising a plurality of protrusions on its outer circumferential surface. At least a part of the first internal structure is housed in the hollow of the second internal structure.
Wiring incorporated resin pipe and method of manufacturing the same
A wiring incorporated resin pipe includes a tubular shaped sheet formed in an approximately tubular shape at an interval so that a slit is formed between both ends in a transverse direction, a wiring unit arranged in the tubular shaped sheet along a longitudinal direction of the slit in an inner side of the slit and a resin material filled in a gap formed by matching surfaces of the slit of the tubular shaped sheet and the wiring unit to thereby seal the matching surfaces of the slit of the tubular shape sheet, in which conductive wires for wiring are laid inside the wiring unit in the longitudinal direction.
OPTICAL WAVEGUIDE FOR USE WITH A CABLE OR LINE
Cable/line systems and related methods are provided. The cable/line systems include at least one central cable and an optical waveguide surrounding the cable. The optical waveguide includes an inner cladding, a core, and an outer cladding. Scattering structures are dispersed within the optical waveguide. The optical waveguide is configured to scatter light by way of the scattering structures away from the core to emit radial lighting along the length of the optical waveguide. The spectrum and/or luminance of the emitted light is controlled according to properties of the cable/line.

Tubular element for gas pressure vessel, gas pressure vessel and method of manufacturing a tubular element
This invention concerns a tubular element for a gas pressure vessel of an airbag module, in particular of a vehicle, wherein the tubular element (1) consists of high-strength steel, has a first and a second end (17, 18) and from the first end (17) to the second end (18) the tubular element (1) has an undeformed section (11), a transition section (12) and a tapering section (13) and on the tapering section (13) at least one radially outwardly extending collar (14) is formed, characterized in that the collar (14) is separated from the transition section (12) by a first length section (130) having an outer diameter (A1) smaller than the outer diameter (A2) of the collar (14) and the wall thickness of the collar (14) is greater than the wall thickness of the first length section (130). Furthermore, the invention concerns a gas pressure vessel and a process for manufacturing a tubular element according to the invention (1).
Box-type pipeline with circumferential obtuse angle connection
A box type duct with circumferential obtuse angle connection. Unit plates respectively located on the upper, lower and two side surfaces are spliced in the circumferential direction to form a unit pipe section, and the unit pipe sections are spliced in the axial direction to form a box type duct; wherein the unit plate is an arc-shaped corrugated plate arched to the outside of the box type duct, and the adjacent unit plates form an obtuse angle of circumferential connection. The cross section of the duct is in an approximately rectangular box shape, so the utilization ratio of clearance of the duct is high; the unit plate adopts an arc-shaped structure, and by utilizing the pipe-soil joint stressing principle, the strength and bearing capacity of the overall structure are maximized; and the box type duct adopts flat flange or angle steel flange connection in the circumferential direction.
High strength electric resistance welded steel pipe and method for producing high strength electric resistance welded steel pipe
Electric resistance welded steel pipe securing the high strength and high toughness demanded from oil well pipe in recent years. The metal structure in a region having a width of 0.5 mm in both the thickness directions from a reference point, when using a point defined as a point of the thickness in the thickness direction from the surface in the base material part of the steel as the reference point, consists of polygonal ferrite: 10 area % or less and a balance: bainitic ferrite. The thickness is 15 mm or more.
