METHOD OF CONTROLLING HOSES AND PIPES THAT BECOME DISCONNECTED UNDER PRESSURE
A method of controlling hoses and pipes that become disconnected under pressure. A first elongated tether that has a first end and a second end is provided. The first end of the first elongated tether is attached to a first hose or pipe adjacent to a first hose or pipe connection end. The first end of the first elongated tether is tightened around the first hose or pipe. The second end of the first elongated ether is attached to a second hose or pipe adjacent a second hose or pipe connection end. The second end of the first elongated tether is tightened around the second hose or pipe.
Connector for fluidic connection between two hoses or the like and arrangement associated
A connector for connecting at least a first hose having a globally cylindrical wall and a second hose with each other, the connector includes at least one spigot including at least a first end configured to be connected to the second hose, and a second end configured to be connected to the first hose, the spigot allowing an hermetic fluidic connection between the first hose and the second hose, wherein the connector further includes at least one compression element being slidably movable between the first end and the second end of the spigot, the compression element being in a locking position wherein the compression element resists a compression force on the first hose at the level of the second end of spigot, in order to secure the fluidic connection.
CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY WITH OVERLAPPING HOSES
A connector assembly is provided comprising an adaptor, a first hose, a second hose and a fixing ring, wherein the adaptor comprises a first end section allocated to the first hose and a second end section allocated to the second hose, wherein a middle section of the adaptor is located between the first end section and the second end section, wherein the adaptor has a through bore for guiding a fluid. The first and second hoses surround the first and second end sections of the adaptor in a press-fit manner, wherein the second hose overlaps the first hose over at least a part of the middle section of the adaptor defining a hose overlap region. The inner overlapping surface sections of the first hose and the second hose are free of circumferential indentations in a relaxed condition of the first hose and the second hose.
Compactable pipe T for poly irrigation tubing
A compactable lay flat T joint and clamping system apparatus and method for compaction and deployment are disclosed.
VACUUM CLEANER HOSE ADAPTER
Vacuum cleaner hose adapter for connecting to a vacuum cleaner hose of a wet and dry vacuum cleaner, wherein the vacuum cleaner hose has an inner lumen extending in the longitudinal direction, wherein a flow guiding geometry is formed within the vacuum cleaner hose adapter, by which a suction flow occurring during the operation of the wet and dry vacuum cleaner can be influenced.
Fluid transfer assembly
A leak-proof fluid transfer assembly including a thermoplastic tube, a thermoset tube, and connector coupling the thermoplastic tube and the thermoset tube, where the fluid transfer assembly is adapted to maintain a substantially leak-proof fluid connection between the thermoplastic tube and the thermoset tube after autoclave sterilization.

COMPOSITE TO METAL END FITTING JOINT
A composite torque pipe to metal fitting joint including concentric inner and outer shells formed with respective smooth conical surfaces projecting distally and respectively tapered radially inwardly and radially outwardly to form an annulus expanding in thickness for receipt of a tapered connector ring complementally shaped at one end of a composite pipe and bonded along the interface. The present invention includes selecting the sleeves with the corresponding shells and, forming the torque pipe with the tapered ring and bonding the tapered ring in the annulus.
