An adapter housing is described that can be used for high performance liquid chromatography, which can be releasably connected to a socket unit. The adapter housing includes a bore which passes through the adapter housing and a pre-column which can be arranged in the bore to protect the separation column from contaminants and/or to concentrate the fluid to be analyzed. A sealing element seals the adapter housing in relation to the socket unit at the end-face wall of a pilot bore.

FRACTURING FLUID DELIVERY SYSTEM
A fracturing fluid delivery system is provided. In one embodiment, the system includes a fracturing manifold and a fracturing tree. A fluid conduit is coupled between the fracturing manifold and the fracturing tree to enable receipt of fracturing fluid by the fracturing tree from the fracturing manifold through the fluid conduit. Further, the fluid conduit is an adjustable fluid conduit that provides a line-of-sight fluid connection from the fracturing manifold to the fracturing tree. Additional systems, devices, and methods are also disclosed.
FRACTURING FLUID DELIVERY SYSTEM
A fracturing fluid delivery system is provided. In one embodiment, the system includes a fracturing manifold and a fracturing tree. A fluid conduit is coupled between the fracturing manifold and the fracturing tree to enable receipt of fracturing fluid by the fracturing tree from the fracturing manifold through the fluid conduit. Further, the fluid conduit is an adjustable fluid conduit that provides a line-of-sight fluid connection from the fracturing manifold to the fracturing tree. COMPOSITE PIPE ASSEMBLY
A pipe assembly comprising a composite pipe, and end connector provided at an end of the pipe, and means for providing a visual indication of impact damage to the pipe, the means for providing a visual indication of impact damage to the pipe comprising a thin sleeve mounted around, but spaced from, a pipe body of the composite pipe, whereby at each end of the pipe body, the pipe body, the sleeve and the end connector are preferably sealingly fitted together, and wherein the sleeve is configured to provide a visual indication indicative of an impact acting on the sleeve even if the impact does not reach the pipe body.

Characterizing optically reflective features via hyper-spectral sensor
A light detection and ranging device associated with an autonomous vehicle scans through a scanning zone while emitting light pulses and receives reflected signals corresponding to the light pulses. The reflected signals indicate a three-dimensional point map of the distribution of reflective points in the scanning zone. A hyperspectral sensor images a region of the scanning zone corresponding to a reflective feature indicated by the three-dimensional point map. The output from the hyperspectral sensor includes spectral information characterizing a spectral distribution of radiation received from the reflective feature. The spectral characteristics of the reflective feature allow for distinguishing solid objects from non-solid reflective features, and a map of solid objects is provided to inform real time navigation decisions.
Device for transporting a medium and assembly method
A device for transporting a medium includes at least one channel which extends in an axial direction and through which the medium is guided. The channel is enclosed by an electrically conductive inner envelope that is connected to a first potential equalization conductor. An electrically conductive outer envelope is provided between the channel and an electrically conductive outer casing and is connected to an electrically conductive second potential equalization conductor. Arranged between the channel and the outer envelope is an electrically insulating intermediate layer which is produced from heat-insulating material.
SAFETY JOINT HOUSING DEVICE
To provide a safety joint housing device for preventing a plug of a safety joint or a filling hose from being locked in a lower opening of a casing when the safety joint separates, thereby preventing a filling device from falling over and being damaged. A safety joint housing device 100 according to the present invention houses a safety joint 101 including a plug 10 connected to a filling hose 61 and a socket 20 provided in a filling device 200, the plug 10 and the socket 20 separating from each other when a tensile load exceeding a predetermined level is applied, the safety joint housing device 100 including: a casing 320; a substrate 80 attached to the casing 320 on a main body side of the filling device 200; and a member 30 that is provided at a lower opening 320A of the casing 320 and deforms when in contact with the plug 10 or the filling hose 61.
