The light deflector is disposed on an optical axis of the projection optical member and includes plural optical devices which are individually switchable between (i) a first state in which light emitted from the light source is reflected to a direction other than a direction toward the projection optical member and (ii) a second state in which the emitted light is reflected toward the projection optical member. An angle between a normal line to a center portion of each optical device when each optical device is in the first state and the optical axis is smaller than that between a normal line to the center portion of each optical device when each optical device is in the second state and the optical axis.

A motor vehicle lighting device includes structural elements with a housing, at least one light module accommodated inside the housing, and at least one light source cooperating with an optical surface. The light module is provided with a heat sink, a generator of an air flow, and a single air duct suitable for cooperating with the generator of the air flow such as to direct the generated air flow towards the heat sink of the at least one light module. The air duct is formed by an open part added in the housing, and at least one closing structural element suitable for closing all or part of the added part.

The processors are also enabled to determine a light change, the change adapting a light pattern of the headlamps in at least one of color, intensity or spatial distribution to increase light in a direction of the road curvature ahead of the motor vehicle and shaping light based at least in part on the road curvature. The processors are further enabled to control at least a first plurality of the LED light sources to provide light based at least in part on the determined light change and prior to the motor vehicle reaching the road curvature.

Disclosed are a method, a device and/or a system of cast vinyl film and, more particularly, to a method and system to provide a repositionable translucent cast vinyl film with an air egress adhesive layer. In one aspect, a method includes mixing a solvent based polyvinyl chloride (PVC) organosol with a stabilizer and an additive to get a desired shade of pellucid tint of a translucent thermoplastic stretch wrap film. Further, the method includes casting the polyvinyl chloride (PVC) organosol onto a film carrier and moving the film carrier through a plurality of ovens at varying temperatures to care into a solid film. The cured solid film is laminated to an air-egress liner casted with a solvent-borne acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive to provide ease of installation. The adhesive includes an air release patterning to allow escape of air from back of the film while repositioning the film around a complex shaped surface.
