HYBRID LAMP FOR A VEHICLE
A hybrid vehicle lamp includes a functional surface and a functional marking integrated within the functional surface. A housing has a plurality of mounting locations configured to respectively align a plurality of light sources configured to illuminate the functional marking or the functional surface, or both, in a lit mode. A controller is configured to individually control each of the plurality of light sources for providing different illumination patterns of the functional marking and the functional surface such that such that automotive functional lighting and non-automotive functional lighting is provided.
PASSIVE ILLUMINATED GRILLE
A vehicle grille assembly is disclosed that is passively illuminated by accent lighting sources provided in a corresponding headlamp assembly. A primary light guide in communication with a light source and a secondary light guide is disposed within the vehicle grill. The secondary light guide receives light from the primary light guide to illuminate a portion of the vehicle grille.

The secondary light guide receives light from the primary light guide to illuminate a portion of the vehicle grille.
Lamp for vehicle
A lamp for a vehicle allows a pedestrian to identify a state of the vehicle by displaying an emblem, logo, or driving status of the vehicle. The lamp for the vehicle includes a substrate; a light source unit including a plurality of light sources disposed on the substrate to generate light; a lens unit including a plurality of optical lenses through which the light is transmitted; and an imaging sheet on which the light transmitted through the plurality of optical lenses is projected to form a lighting image. In particular, each of the plurality of optical lenses is formed in a right triangle shape.
Vehicle grille assembly
A vehicle grille assembly includes a body panel and a housing coupled to the body panel. The housing includes a front surface and a rear surface. The rear surface defines a cutout. A display assembly is disposed adjacent to the housing and aligned with the cutout. The display assembly includes a light source disposed on a circuit board and a heatsink coupled to the circuit board. The light source emits light towards the front surface of the housing. A deflector is disposed adjacent to the display assembly and includes a base and a guide wall extending vertically from the base. The deflector includes a first surface and a second surface. The deflector defines a first airflow path and a second airflow path.

LIGHT BAR FOR AN EXTERIOR LIGHTING ASSEMBLY
A light bar for an exterior lighting assembly of an automotive vehicle includes a body portion and an ornamental element. The body portion is made of a substantially transparent material and has a generally slab-like shape with an average height H in a z-direction, an average width W in a y-direction and an average thickness T in an x-direction, wherein the x-, y- and z-directions are mutually orthogonal and H>W>T. The ornamental element is disposed within the body portion and has an outer surface, wherein at least a portion of the outer surface contains a light-scattering material.
Illuminating vehicle closure member systems for providing exterior lighting effects
This disclosure details illuminating vehicle closure member systems for selectively producing various exterior lighting effects. Exemplary closure member systems may include a closure member and a discrete illuminating section secured relative to the closure member and including a lighting module that is configured to produce at least one of a beltline lighting effect, a motion path lighting effect, or an operation status lighting effect at or near the closure member. A control module may control the various lighting effects emitted by the illuminating closure member system.
Brake Dust Particle Filter, Lighting Housing Part for a Brake Dust Particle Filter, and Vehicle with Brake Dust Particle Filter
A brake dust particle filter for a disc brake assembly of a vehicle has at least one housing structure engaging across a brake disc and/or a brake caliper of the disc brake assembly at least in sections in a mounted state of the brake dust particle filter at the disc brake assembly. The brake dust particle filter is designed to catch particles generated during braking. At least one light source, especially an LED light source, is provided at the brake dust particle filter. A lighting housing part is provided that is to be attached to the housing structure. A vehicle is provided with such a brake dust particle filter provided with a light source.
Lamp for vehicle
A lamp for a vehicle capable of forming a beam pattern is provided. The lamp for a vehicle includes a light source and a first lens unit in which a first image shape is formed inside thereof. An optic or an etched portion is formed on the first image shape of the first lens unit, and light emitted from the light source is discharged to an outside along the first image shape.
