An indicating device includes an enclosure and an indicating lamp. The enclosure includes a base. The base defines a receiving space and an opening communicating with the receiving space. When the indicating lamp is received in the receiving space, the base partially shields the indicating lamp allowing light from the indicating lamp to be transmitted only through the opening.

A vehicle window glazing is provided that includes a transparent substrate defining a first surface with a decorative layer positioned on the first surface defining an indicium. A light source is positioned on the decorative layer. A conductive lead is electrically coupled to the light source and extends along the first surface of the substrate away from the light source. The at least one conductive lead is substantially transparent and a transparent layer is positioned over the decorative layer and substrate.

ADJUSTABLE LIGHT SOURCE DEVICE FOR A STEREOSCOPIC SURGICAL MICROSCOPE
An adjustable light source device for a stereoscopic surgical microscope has a circuit board and multiple light sources. The circuit board is mounted in an outer casing of the stereoscopic surgical microscope and is electrically connected to a host computer of the stereoscopic surgical microscope. The light sources are electrically mounted on the circuit board at spaced intervals around two objective lenses of the stereoscopic surgical microscope and extend out of the outer casing. Each one of the light sources has a wavelength different from wavelengths of the other light sources and is controlled to emit light by an operating set of the stereoscopic surgical microscope via a program processing interface of the host computer sending signals to the circuit board. The adjustable light source device can emit lights with different wavelengths to enable the stereoscopic surgical microscope to capture clearer images for various surgical divisions.

The optical unit includes a body and a light-blocking structure, wherein the body includes at least one reflective surface, wherein the light-blocking structure includes a first light-blocking structure and a second light-blocking structure, wherein the first light-blocking structure is formed in one piece with the body, and the second light-blocking structure is arranged in the first light-blocking structure, wherein the first light-blocking structure is arranged to at least partially surround the reflective surface, to block the light leaks from the reflective surface by the second light-blocking structure.
Device and method for an illuminated balloon
A device for an illuminated balloon includes a light emitting diode. A holder is connected to the light emitting diode, the holder having a first side, an opposite second side, and a hole which receives the light emitting diode, the hole extending from the first side to the second side. The holder is connectable to the inside surface of the balloon, so that the light emitting diode points out from the balloon. When so connected to the balloon, the longitudinal axis of the light emitting diode is oriented substantially perpendicular to the surface of the balloon. In an embodiment the holder is disc shaped, is fabricated from foam, and is connected to the inside surface of the balloon by an adhesive.
HEAT SINK STRUCTURE AND LED HEAT SINK ASSEMBLIES
A heat sink includes first and second elongated heat sink bodies. The first and second elongated heat sink bodies are each formed from a respective electrically and thermally conductive material and also each extend from an LED coupling end of the heat sink to a lead end of the heat sink. An electrical insulator material connects the first and second elongated heat sink bodies together so as to bodies are electrically isolated from each other. Each elongated heat sink body also includes a respective LED coupling surface at the LED coupling end of the heat sink and a respective lead connecting surface located on the respective body at a location spaced apart from the LED coupling end of the heat sink.

LED lamp 10 includes a housing, a mounting base, a light engine (LE) 16, light-transmissive cover 20 circumscribing the LE, and reflector 18. The LE comprises a plurality of top-emitting LED packages (TE-LED packages) mounted on planar upper surface 32 of PC board 26, each configured to emit light having an angular distribution centered around a principal light-emitting direction (PLED) normal to an emission face 45. A first set 36 of TE-LEDs is mounted with its PLED perpendicular to PCB 26 and a second set 38 of TE-LEDs is mounted to the PCB with its PLED orthogonal to that of the first set 36 of TE-LEDs and parallel to upper surface 32. Reflector 18 disposed below LE 16 reflects light towards cover 20. A polar light distribution of light emitted from LED lamp 10 is omnidirectional and is Energy Star compliant.
