ROADWAY FIXTURE SYSTEMS WITH INTEGRATED TRANSCEIVING EQUIPMENT
A roadway fixture system includes a lighting fixture having an outer housing that holds one or more light devices. The outer housing includes an access door through which an interior of the lighting fixture is accessible. The system also includes a radio frequency (RF) transceiver configured to send and receive cellular communications. The RF transceiver includes a mounting plate that is sized and shaped to fit into a space occupied by the access door of the outer housing of the lighting fixture so that the RF transceiver is mounted to the lighting fixture.
Split beam luminaire and lighting system
The invention relates to a luminaire and a lighting system. The luminaire includes first and second light sources adapted to emit light beams of two different beam patterns encompassed within a single chamber with specular outer walls that are parallel to the optical axis of the beam patterns of both types of light sources. Employing a chamber having specular outer walls aligned with the optical axis of the beam patterns of both types of light sources and adapted to specularly reflect at least a portion of light incident thereon allows more uniform appearance of the luminaire while preserving the respective total beam patterns of the beams produced by the first and second light sources as the light beams are incident on the exit window of the chamber.
Ceiling tile with built-in air flow mechanism
Disclosed embodiments relate to a combination axial fan and LED lighting system configured to fit into the footprint of a standard ceiling tile. Disclosed embodiments further include ceiling tiles with a built-in fan and/or LED lighting. The disclosed systems may include a housing container and an axial fan. The fan has a fan cavity including air diversion mechanism to direct air from the fan cavity toward the lighting and fan components. The inventions include an airflow surface to direct air existing the fan cavity along an LED light fixture. Moreover, disclosed embodiments include one or more UV light sources which irradiate contaminants as air flows through the ceiling tile.
Modular power manifold for tube lights
A modular power manifold for a tube light may feature LED strips mounted in a support extrusion. A cover is provided as are two end caps with modular connectors which allow use in multiple settings. A power interface may also be provided to supply auxiliary power to additional loads.
Hands-free forearm flashlight having a base with hinge and light panel coupled to hinge with strap coupled to the base
A hands-free forearm flashlight for hands-free illumination includes a base having a distal end, a proximal end, a dorsal side, a ventral side, a lateral side, and a medial side. A strap extends from the lateral side to the medial side. A hinge is coupled to the proximal end of the base and to a bottom side of a light panel, allowing the light panel to swingably move between a closed position touching the base and an alternate open position perpendicular to the base. A plurality of lights is coupled to the light panel and comprises a front light matrix coupled to a bottom side and a rear light matrix coupled to a top side. A power switch is coupled to the base to separately activate and alternatively deactivate each of the front light matrix and the rear light matrix.
Modular light fixture with power pack
A light fixture includes a fixture body, a support structure, a plurality of light emitting diodes (LEDs) a driver, a cover, and a connector. The fixture body includes a first raceway, a second raceway, and a channel. The second raceway is substantially parallel to the first raceway. The channel is coupled to the first raceway and the second raceway such that the channel is substantially orthogonal to the first raceway and the second raceway. The support structure is coupled to the first raceway and the second raceway. The plurality of LEDs is coupled to the support structure and spaced apart along a length of the support structure between the first raceway and the second raceway. The driver is positioned within the channel and electrically coupled to the plurality of LEDs. The cover is detachably coupled to the channel and extends from the first raceway to the second raceway.
Lighting device and luminaire with frangible exit window and resilient member
There is provided a lighting device (100) comprising a housing comprising a frangible light exit window (110) and a fitting (120) including a first electrical connector (122) inside said housing. Within the housing there is a carrier assembly (130) comprising a plurality of SSL elements (132), and a second electrical connector (134) in contact with the first electrical connector (122). The second electrical connector (134) is held in contact with the first electrical connector (122) by the light exit window (110). This lighting device is relatively safe as if the light exit window (110) breaks the electrical components of the carrier assembly (130) may not be live.
Combination Irradiation Chamber and LED Light Source
LIGHTING ASSEMBLY
A modular lighting assembly uses LED banks as the light sources. The assembly allows the power supply and LED banks to be independently replaced. The assembly uses a power supply that is separated from the LED banks and electrically connected to the LED banks with a plug connector that may be unplugged and plugged back in to allow the power supply or LED bank to be independently and readily replaced. The assembly provides for easy replacement of the different components of the assembly. One feature that makes the components easier to replace is that the light modules and/or the power supply may be carried by the housing that is removable from the base mount that is secured to a mounting structure such as a wall or ceiling.
LIGHT INJECTED TERMINAL LENSING AND COUPLING DEVICE
The present disclosure relates generally to coupling devices and means to eliminate non-illuminated gaps between adjacently positioned lighting systems and light rail assemblies. The present disclosure relates more specifically to coupling devices for joining adjacently positioned lighting systems to provide seamless continuous lighting by illuminating the gap region between the adjacent lighting systems using illumination from one or more of the lighting systems themselves redirected by prismatic optical means. The present disclosure also relates more specifically to an adaptable coupling device with connection element and a prismatic lens for joining two or more lighting rail assemblies together to provide seamless, integrated and continuous lighting across the coupling region and securing the relative position between the lighting rail assemblies and associated elements. The present disclosure also relates more specifically to an adaptable coupling device with connection element and prismatic lens functioning as a termination means to provide seamless, integrated and continuous lighting to a distal portion of at least of one end region of a lighting element or light rail assembly.
