LIGHTING AND/OR SIGNALING DEVICE FOR MOTOR VEHICLE
A semiconductor light source that includes a substrate B and a plurality of semiconductor light-emitting rods extending respectively from the substrate, and a plurality of separating walls also extending from the substrate. The separating walls are arranged between the rods in such a way as to define groups of rods, and such that at least two separating walls have a different height.
CABLE LIGHT
A cable light includes a battery receptacle that is electrically coupled to a first light module and a second light module. The battery receptacle includes a battery port that receives and retains a battery, such as a power tool battery pack. The first light module and the second light module each include a housing supporting a lens, a light emitter such as an LED, a reflector, and a hanger to hang the light modules on a workpiece. The first light module is electrically coupled to the battery receptacle, and the second light module is electrically coupled to the battery receptacle via a connection with the first light module. The battery receptacle communicates electrical power from the battery pack to the light modules to power the light emitters.
EDUCATIONAL LAMP
A kit for assembling and decorating a lamp that educates children about scientific, engineering, and artistic principles. Assembling the lamp housing teaches children about fasteners, tools, and mechanisms. Assembling the electronics teaches children about electronic components. Controlling the lights teaches children about lighting, colors, and software.
Light assembly, method for reducing light loss, vehicle design element and rear view device
A system includes at least one light pipe, at least one light source disposed at least partially within an interior of the system, a lens substantially enclosing the interior, the at least one light pipe, and the at least one light source, the lens having a continuous transparent or translucent coating on the outer surface, with the at least one light source receiving electrical power from the electrical power source, the continuous transparent or translucent coating being at least partially permeable to at least some light which is emitted by the at least one light source and passed through the lens, and at least one mask located between the at least one light pipe and the lens, a plurality of small contact areas being provided on the outside or inside of the light pipe or on the mask.
ELECTRONIC DEVICE
An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a housing, a first light-emitting module, a second light-emitting module, and a control unit. The housing includes a first light-emitting region and a second light-emitting region. The first light-emitting module includes a plurality of first light-emitting units arranged in the first light-emitting region in an array, and the first light-emitting unit includes a light-emitting ink layer. The second light-emitting module is disposed in the second light-emitting region. The control unit is electrically connected to the first light-emitting module and the second light-emitting module, and generates a first light-emitting signal and a second light-emitting signal in response to an instruction, to respectively control the first light-emitting module and the second light-emitting module to emit light.
PORTABLE AND MODULAR SOLAR-POWERED LIGHTING DEVICES
Modular and portable solar-powered lighting devices are described. The device may include a handle assembly including a rechargeable battery and a solar panel electrically connected to the rechargeable battery, a mounting assembly selectively attachable to the handle assembly, and a lighting assembly selectively attachable to the handle assembly, the lighting assembly including one or more light sources. The device may have a first configuration wherein the handle assembly is coupled to each of the lighting assembly and the mounting assembly; and a second configuration wherein the lighting assembly is attached to the mounting assembly and not coupled to the handle assembly. These configurations can resemble a flashlight and a headlamp, respectively.
INSTALLATION MECHANISM OF LED LIGHTING
An installation mechanism of LED lighting includes a house and a mounting plate. The house includes a mounting slot provided on a side wall along a radial direction thereof. The mounting slot includes a implantation portion and a catch portion communicating with the implantation portion. The catch portion includes at least one catching arm provided on one of two opposite side walls thereof. The mounting plate includes two catch edges inserted in the catch portion. The implantation portion is configured for presetting the mounting plate. Each of the catch edge has a Z-typed shape in a cross section of the mounting plate along the axial direction thereof. A free edge of the Z-typed catch edge is inserted into a gap between the catching arm and the bottom of the mounting slot.
Vehicle Lighting Device and Vehicle Lamp
According to one embodiment, a vehicle lighting device includes a mounting portion that has a recessed portion; a plurality of bayonets that are provided on an outside surface of the mounting portion; a substrate that is provided on a bottom surface of the recessed portion; and a light emitting element that is provided on a side of the substrate opposite to a bottom surface side of the recessed portion.
In a case where the vehicle lighting device is viewed from a light emitting side, at least one corner portion of the substrate overlaps with any one of the plurality of bayonets.
Display unit, display apparatus containing at least one display unit, and use of the display unit and the display apparatus
A display unit includes a transparent or translucent layer with a display side and a rear side, with an opaque or semitransparent layer on the display side, containing a plurality of apertures, a plurality of illuminants which are present at, or at a distance from, the rear side of the transparent or translucent layer, at least partly embedded in the layer, wherein at least one illuminant is substantially behind one of the apertures in each case configured and designed to emit light in the direction of and through the aperture, a transparent or translucent lamination ply adjoining the opaque or semitransparent layer and covering the plurality of apertures, and a transparent or translucent protective layer adjoining this lamination ply. Also disclosed are a display apparatus and a traffic guidance system comprising such a display unit, and use of the display unit as a media energy façade or a daylight display.
