A connecting device includes a case (1), a first rod (2), a second rod (3), and a third rod (4) that are connected to the case (1). Two first connecting members (5) connect the second rod (3) and the third rod (4) to the case (1). A second connecting member (6) connects the first rod (2) to the case (1). The case (1) includes an upper housing (101) and a lower housing (102) that define a first receiving hole (10), a second receiving hole (11), and a third receiving hole (9), the second connecting member (6) and the two first connecting members (5) are received in the first receiving hole (10), the second receiving hole (11), and the third receiving hole (9), respectively.

A collapsible structure with opposite support panels and tab panels, comprising: two structure panels; at least two support panels, each connected to the structure panels via two folding lines at opposite; and at least two tab panels, each connected to the structure panels via two folding lines at opposite sides, each contains at least two internal folding lines perpendicular to the tab folding lines; wherein when the structure is in a collapsed position, the panels are adjacent and generally parallel to each other, the structure panels are folded; and wherein when the structure is in an erected position, the support panels are perpendicular to the structure panels and the tab panels are folded by the internal folding lines, each tab panel partially adjacent to one of the support panels to shape a fixed rod supporting the internal folding lines and inserted to support a rigid distance between the structure panels.

A collapsible structure with opposite support panels and tab panels, comprising: two structure panels; at least two support panels, each connected to the structure panels via two folding lines at opposite; and at least two tab panels, each connected to the structure panels via two folding lines at opposite sides, each contains at least two internal folding lines perpendicular to the tab folding lines; wherein when the structure is in a collapsed position, the panels are adjacent and generally parallel to each other, the structure panels are folded; and wherein when the structure is in an erected position, the support panels are perpendicular to the structure panels and the tab panels are folded by the internal folding lines, each tab panel partially adjacent to one of the support panels to shape a fixed rod supporting the internal folding lines and inserted to support a rigid distance between the structure panels.

A foldable chair comprises an annular frame, a first support leg, and a second support leg. A first end of the first support leg is hinged to a first fixed rear position of the annular frame. A second end of the first support leg is hinged to a second fixed rear position of the annular frame. A first end of the second support leg is slideably hinged to a first front portion of the annular frame, so that the first end of the second support leg is slideable along the first front portion. A second end of the second support leg is slideably hinged to a second front portion of the annular frame, so that the second end of the second support leg is slideable along the second front portion. A fold out fishing chair for providing an easily portable seating and rod holding apparatus that provides shade for daytime fishing and illumination for nighttime fishing. The fold out fishing chair includes a base seat with an integral holder assembly and an integral shade assembly, each of which can be selectively moved into a deployed position. The holder assembly defines a fold out fishing rod holding structure that can hold fishing rods at a desirable angle without requiring ongoing user attention. The shade assembly includes a roll out shade having integrated lighting elements so as to improve comfort in direct sunlight and low lighting conditions. The portable beach chair comprises a chair having a body support portion and a back support portion with the back support portion hingedly connected to the body support portion and releasably securable in a desired angular position. A water reservoir secured to the back support portion holds a predetermined amount of water. A showerhead is fluidly connected to the water reservoir with the showerhead positioned above the back support portion and directing a water flow from the water reservoir in a general direction toward both the body support portion and the back support portion. Upon introducing water through the showerhead from the water reservoir, the water flow through the showerhead cools the person thereby eliminating any need for the person to access a hose or go into a waterbody to cool off.

A shopping cart includes a frame, a plurality of wheels for supporting the frame for movement over a floor, an arm connected to the frame, and a projection positioned proximate at least one of the wheels. The frame has a front end and a rear end. The arm is configured to engage the tow member for moving the frame. The projection engages the guide member to prevent one of the front end and the rear end from rotating over the other of the front end and the rear end. A handle assembly may include an elongated slot positioned proximate a handle. The shopping cart may also include a tray is releasably secured to the frame by inserting a tab into a slot. The shopping cart may also include a tab received within a slot to secure a basket against movement relative to the frame.
