The annular interlayer is disposed between the outer casing and the removable liner. A bottom end of the outer casing is provided with interlayer air inlets that communicate with the annular interlayer. Oxygen enters the annular interlayer via the interlayer air inlets, and thereafter enters the combustion chamber of the removable liner via the secondary air inlets to facilitate secondary combustion in the combustion chamber.
FIREPLACE WITH REMOVABLE DOOR
A fireplace with a removable door includes a hemispherically shaped firebox with a flat, sloped front face with an opening therethrough to allow access to the firebox, with a protruding lip extending along the lower edge of the flat front face beneath the opening. A removable glass panel door positioned against the flat front face and supported on the protruding lip covers the front opening. A latching mechanism secures the door against the front face by rotating an extending arm to engage against the interior side of the front face. Alternative embodiments having a mesh screen door, a vent in the firebox, a grate integrated into the firebox, and an eccentrically positioned chimney with a damper are also described.
Combustion oven
An oven is provided, which includes a domed ceiling, a baking stone located below the domed ceiling, a cooking chamber between the domed ceiling and the baking stone, a front opening that provides access to the cooking chamber for food and utensils, a combustion chamber adjacent to, and at least partially below, the cooking chamber, and a rear opening that provides access to the combustion chamber.
BURNING APPARATUS HAVING BULK MATERIAL LAYER TO REDUCE PARTICULATE MATTER
The invention relates to a device for, in particular low-emission, burning of (solid) fuels, in particular with visible fire, preferably a fireplace and/or stove and/or stove fireplace, comprising a section for receiving a bulk material, preferably an air turbulence chamber, which is designed for the purpose of guiding an air mass flow in at least one direction through the bulk material; and receiving the bulk material in such a way that the air mass flow experiences turbulence through the bulk material, the turbulence slowing down the air mass flow along the at least one direction, and making the air mass flow slowed down in this way available for burning of the (solid) fuel, in particular such that the burning is carried out with little particulate matter.
ELECTRONIC CLOSED-LOOP CONTROL DEVICE FOR FIREPLACES COMPRISING A LOWER COMBUSTION SYSTEM
The aim is to create a facility which is carried out without operator intervention, operates without delay, does not require a connection to the mains and meets the requirements of the regulations on permissible pollutant emissions. The device consists of a control unit which is electrically connected to two temperature sensors and a door contact switch and actuates an actuator via an electric motor and transmission elements. The temperature detection in the flue takes place behind the outlet of the respective combustion chamber. The temperature sensors record the temperature change over time and the speed of the temperature change. The temperature target-actual evaluation serves to record the burning state of the solid fuel. The degree of the outgassing process is carried out by recording and evaluating the temperature rise or temperature drop over time. The target-actual temperature over time in comparison with comparative values for combustion optimization is carried out as an adaptive system. Thus, the respective nature of the solid fuel for the optimal combustion process is taken into account and the necessity of the new feed with solid fuel is determined via the program and displayed via a visual signaling device. The device is used for electronic control for a fireplace with lower burn.
The invention relates to a device that does not require operator intervention, operates without delay, does not require a mains connection, and meets the requirements of the regulations with respect to permissible pollutant emissions. The device consists of a control unit which is electrically connected to two temperature sensors and to a door contact switch and which actuates an actuator by means of an electric motor and transmission elements. The temperature is detected in the flue behind the outlet of the combustion chamber. The temperature sensors record the change in temperature over time and the speed of the change in temperature. The temperature target/actual evaluation is used to record the combustion state of the solid fuel. The degree of the outgassing process is determined by recording and evaluating the increase or decrease in temperature over time. The target/actual temperature over time compared to comparative values for optimising combustion is an adaptive system. Therefore, the composition of the solid fuel is taken into account for the optimum combustion process and the necessity of the new charging with solid fuel is determined by means of the programme and displayed by means of an optical signal transmitter. The device is used for electronic closed-loop control for a fireplace comprising a lower combustion system.
Wood pellet burner assembly
There is provided a wood pellet burner assembly for a wood pellet boiler, not shown. There is a fixed and easily removable fuel apertured grate mounted above and spaced apart from a base wall forming part of a main support enclosure. A movable scraper subassembly carrying an apertured flame tube is provided which can be moved in and out of the main support enclosure to perform a scraping action on the fixed fuel apertured grate to deliver ash and clinker which have not fallen through the grate during combustion off the grate out of the main support enclosure. This cleaning operation can be carried out at suitable preset time intervals.
Wood pellet boiler
The present application relates to improvements to granular fuel burning boilers such as wood pellet boilers and burners therefor. In particular, there is disclosed a wood pellet boiler having a combustion chamber, wherein an access door for said combustion chamber comprises a wood pellet burner assembly mounted on the interior side thereof. In this way, the wood pellet burner assembly is movable from and into the combustion chamber of the wood pellet boiler when the access door is opened and closed, respectively.
