A universal air heating device that can be attached to an existing device. The universal air heating device includes a housing, one or more heating elements contained within the housing, one or more temperature regulating elements for controlling the heating element(s), and an attachment mechanism for attaching the air heating device to an existing device.

Furnace

A furnace including a combustion chamber for burning fuel can have increased fuel burning efficiency, increased heating efficiency, and decreased harmful emissions of combustion byproducts. A combustion air delivery system delivers primary and secondary combustion air to the combustion chamber. Primary and secondary combustion air may be delivered at amounts that increase burning efficiency. An amount of secondary combustion air can be controlled by a valve system. A heat transfer device efficiently transfers heat from products of combustion for heating an enclosed space.

HEATING PIPING DEVICE FOR INTRODUCING HEATED FLUID INTO A PIPING SYSTEM
20240110700 · 2024-04-04 ·

A heating piping device for heating a fluid provided from the gas reservoir unit and introducing the heated fluid into a piping system includes at least one heating unit and a control module. The heating unit includes a mounting cylinder defining a heating space therein, a spiral channel in fluid communication with the gas reservoir unit, a heater member for heating the fluid in the spiral channel into the heated fluid, a flow control valve and a check valve. The control module controls the amount of the fluid flowing into the spiral channel, and the temperature of the heater member. The temperature of the heater member and the amount of the fluid can be adjusted to meet different manufacturing requirements. Unnecessary energy and flow consumption is avoided.

Process of making electric stoves

The present invention relates to a process of making power-saving electric stoves, particularly having a large size and outer shapes similar to the conformations of traditional Tyrolean heaters or stoves, while having a very light weight and being easily movable to multiple locations of a house. The main characteristic of the present invention is that it includes making a hollow stove body, particularly having a large size, from expanded polystyrene or a similar thermoplastic polymer, with the application of an electric resistor, particularly a constant-power, and hence low-power consuming heating cable arranged around its outer surface in one or more coil loops with the interposition of a layer of adhesive material with at least one thread formed therein for supporting the resistor, with contiguous insulating grooves, and with later application of a final coating layer, made e.g. of tire-resistant cement mortar, whose outer surface may be provided with decorative designs or finishes and ornaments made of wood or other materials, which designs and ornaments may be similar to those formed on the outer surfaces of traditional Tyrolean stoves, whereas the basement of the hollow body is preferably supported by a smooth metal plate, allowing displacement thereof to any location of the house, proximate to a power outlet.

Modular linear fireplace system, assemblies and methods

A linear fireplace system, assemblies, modular units, and related methods that can be installed in a modular fashion at a selected installation location so as to avoid drawbacks experienced in the prior art. The system can include modular linear units, corner units, and/or end units interconnectable to form a modular linear fireplace assembly. The system can include an alignment track system with a track member that receives alignment rails on the bottom of the modular units to axially align the interconnected units. The system can include a combustion air flow passage within the fireplace that maintains a relatively low exterior temperature of the assembly and that allows combustible and non-combustible building materials to be installed against or immediately adjacent to the top and base portions of the modular units of the assembly.

INDIRECT GAS FURNACE

A high turndown furnace for an air handling system. In one example, the furnace includes a plurality of tubes divisible by four with a first modulating valve supplying gas to of the tubes and a second modulating valve supplying gas to of the tubes. In one aspect, the furnace is capable of providing a 16:1 turndown. In one aspect, the furnace is capable of providing seamless turndown operation throughout the entire firing range.

Radiant heater

A heating part of this radiant heater has a plurality of heating wires. The plurality of heating wires are connected in parallel such that a plurality of parallel groups may be formed by electrodes. Further, the plurality of parallel groups are connected in series by the electrodes. The heating parts are set to reach a radiation temperature for emitting the heat radiation which makes a human to feel warmth. The heating parts have a thermal resistance in a longitudinal direction which is set, when an object contacts on the surface, a temperature of the part where the object touches falls to a suppressed temperature lower than the radiation temperature. The temperature of the heating part increases rapidly in response to electric supply. When there is a contact with an object, the temperature of the heating part decreases rapidly.

Dual fuel heating assembly with selector switch

A heating assembly can include a switching valve which can include certain pressure sensitive features. These features can be configured to change from a first position to a second position based on a pressure of a fuel. The valve can be used with either a first fuel or a second fuel different from the first. The valve can become locked or be held in either the first or the second position. For example, a set fuel pressure can cause the valve to move to a closed position and the valve can become locked or held in that position. If the pressure decreases, the valve can remain in the locked position. Actuation of a reset switch can allow the valve to move to a new position, such as an open position.
