MATTRESS COVER THAT FORMS A RECESSED CAVITY UNDERNEATH A MATTRESS AND METHOD OF ASSEMBLY OF THE MATTRESS COVER
A method of assembly and a product upon which a person may lie down that includes a mattress cover fitted onto a mattress cover to envelop same. The underside of the mattress cover has a projecting lip that bounds a recessed cavity that accommodates an adjustable mechanism, which is actuated to raise of lower head or foot portions of the mattress. The lip contains filler material such a foam and overlaps sides of the adjustable mechanism to conceal same.
PRODUCT INCLUDES A LIP PROJECTING FROM AN OUTER PERIMETER OF AN UNDERSIDE OF A MATTRESS TO DEFINE A RECESSED CAVITY AND HAVING GAPS IN THE LIP FOR PASSAGE OF A POWER CORD
A product upon which a person may lie down that includes a mattress whose underside has a peripheral flange or perimeter wall, i.e., a lip, that bounds a recessed cavity. The lip has gaps to accommodate passage of a power cord from within the recessed cavity to without. The lip and the mattress may have separate covers or both be within the same cover.
Stretchable flame barrier panels
A stretchable flame barrier panel including an interior stretch zone having elastomeric yarns extending across a fibrous base layer of textile fibers and optionally substantially stable lateral selvage zones outboard of the interior stretch zone. In a finished state, the interior stretch zone has substantial stretch and recovery in both the machine direction and the cross-machine direction.
Barrier for mattress and bed deck
A barrier for a mattress and a bed deck is provided. The barrier includes a mattress cover portion and a skirt. The mattress cover portion is configured to fit over a top and sides of a mattress. The skirt extends beneath the mattress cover portion. The skirt comprises an upper panel and a lower panel. The upper panel is coupled with the mattress cover portion along a first perimeter. The lower panel is coupled with the upper panel along a second perimeter. The lower panel comprises a lower edge that defines a third perimeter. The lower panel is configured for selective coupling to a bed deck.
Mattress Encasement Assembly
A mattress encasement assembly an outer cover for an interior cushioning system of a mattress. The outer cover includes an upper section including a top wall having a top perimeter edge. An upper perimeter wall is coextensive with and extends downwardly from the top perimeter edge. A lower section includes a bottom wall having a bottom perimeter edge. A lower perimeter wall is coextensive with and extends upwardly from the bottom perimeter edge. A coupler is attached to the upper and lower sections to releasably secure the upper perimeter wall and the lower perimeter wall together such that the upper and lower sections encase a plurality of cushioning panels. The coupler allows a height between the top and bottom walls to be adjusted.
ELASTIC LAYER FOR A MATTRESS STRUCTURE DESIGNED FOR THE COMFORT OF ANIMALS IN A BREEDING ENCLOSURE
Disclosed is an elastic layer for a mattress structure designed for the comfort of animals in a breeding enclosure, the mattress structure being intended to cover the ground of a receiving area. This elastic layer includes a top face capable of undergoing elastic deformation and that includes a location on which an animal is intended to be supported. The elastic layer is delimited by borders, at least one border being a fastening band intended to receive a structure securing the receiving area with the ground. The fastening band is formed by a lip, the thickness of which is less than the thickness of the elastic layer. Such a structure of the fastening band allows the securing component to be installed at the lip. The securing component can then be protected and covered by the lip, so as to prevent direct contact with the animals.
Mattress assembly and method
A mattress assembly includes a chassis having top and bottom walls and first and second sidewalls that each extend from the top wall to the bottom wall. Inner surfaces of the walls and the sidewalls define an interior cavity. The top and bottom walls each include a first section that is connected to the first sidewall and a second section that is connected to the second sidewall such that the first sections are pivotable relative to the first sidewall and the second sections are pivotable relative to the second sidewall. The first section of the top wall is pivotable relative to the second section of the top wall and the first section of the bottom wall is pivotable relative to the second section of the bottom wall. A spring assembly is configured to be positioned within the interior cavity.
WOOL MATTRESS SET AND ITS MAKING AND RENOVATION METHODS
A wool mattress set includes a receiving mattress including a wool filling enclosed in a first envelope, combined with a base mattress comprising a foam filling enclosed in a second envelope. The wool filling of the receiving mattress includes a stack of one or more superposed wool mat layers, essentially devoid of wool flakes, and the receiving mattress is laid on the base mattress, the receiving mattress and the base mattress being independent and separable from each other. The foam filling of the base mattress, whose density is at least 35 kg/m.sup.3, can include in particular a material originating from foam recycling.
MATTRESS TOPPER INCLUDING CONVOLUTED FOAM LAYER
Mattress toppers for mattress assemblies generally includes a convoluted foam layer including a convoluted upper surface and a bottom planar surface. The convoluted upper surface includes multiple raised rectangular-shaped foam sections and a plurality of raised spaced apart hemispherical-shaped foam spheres within each of the raised rectangular shaped foam sections; and at least one overlying foam layer including a bottom planar surface in contact with an uppermost surface of the multiple raised rectangular-shaped foam sections.
