Clothes dryer

Disclosed is a clothes dryer. The clothes dryer includes a drum; an air supply/exhaust unit for supplying/exhausting drying air to/from the drum; a burner for heating the drying air; a temperature sensor for detecting an exhaust temperature; and a heating control unit for performing a temperature adjustment process of stopping the burner when the exhaust temperature reaches an upper limit temperature and restarting the burner after a time point when the exhaust temperature decreases to a re-ignition temperature. The heating control unit has a delay time inserting portion, which inserts a delay time between the time when the exhaust temperature decreases to a lower limit temperature and the time when the burner is restarted. The delay time is increased every time the temperature adjustment process is repeated intermittently.

Method and apparatus for drying granular resin material by drawing vacuum over heating resin material in a vessel, while periodically purging the vessel with the material therein with dry air and bathing the vacuum dried material with dry air until furnished to a processing machine.

Thermal desorption system and method for oil-contaminated soil and gravel using microwave indirect irradiation

Disclosed are a thermal desorption system for oil-contaminated soil and gravel, using a microwave indirect irradiation method and including a microwave emission prevention device and a preheating device using waste heat, and a thermal desorption method for oil-contaminated soil and gravel, using the same. In addition, it is disclosed that an outer tube encompassing an inner tube extends to both sides and a plurality of ring-shaped microwave attenuation units are arranged on the inner circumferential surface of the outer tube, such that microwaves are prevented from leaking between the inner tube and the outer tube, thereby enabling eco-friendliness, and even the waste heat generated during a pollutant desorption process is utilized in the system itself, thereby enabling economic feasibility to increase further.

TEMPERATURE CONTROL APPARATUS FOR CONTROLLING THE TEMPERATURE OF OBJECTS
20190389434 · 2019-12-26 ·

A temperature control apparatus for controlling the temperature, in particular for the drying, of objects, in particular vehicle bodies, having a housing, in which a cooling zone having a cooling chamber that defines a longitudinal direction is accommodated. The cooling chamber is assigned at least one cooling-air temperature control device, by means of which temperature-controlled cooling air can be produced, which can be fed to the cooling chamber. In the longitudinal direction, the cooling zone comprises a supply chamber on one longitudinal side of the cooling chamber, in which supply chamber the cooling-air temperature control device is arranged.

Dehumidification system and method used for drying fibers

A system and method is provided for drying for fibers or fibrous materials, such as flax, hemp, jute, sisal, banana and coir, among others by dehumidifying the fibers in a temperature and humidity-controlled environment. The dehumidification system does not detrimentally affect the fiber's properties (e.g., strength) by evenly drying the fibers and not subjecting the fibers to repeated high temperature environments, allowing the fibers to be used in more biocomposite applications, such as a reinforcement material. Also the dehumidification method reduces/prevents fiber discoloration, odor, and decomposition.

Manufacturing line, process, and sintered article

A method of manufacturing ceramic tape includes a step of directing a tape of partially-sintered ceramic into a furnace. The tape is partially-sintered such that grains of the ceramic are fused to one another yet the tape still includes at least 10% porosity by volume, where the porosity refers to volume of the tape unoccupied by the ceramic. The method further includes steps of conveying the tape through the furnace and further sintering the tape as the tape is conveyed through the furnace. The porosity of the tape decreases during the further sintering step.

Method for Restoring Damaged Electronic Devices by Cleaning and Apparatus Therefor
20190314868 · 2019-10-17 ·

A method and apparatus for regenerating damaged electronic device by a least one cleaning process and a least one drying process, by submerging one or more electronic devices into an aqueous cleaning liquid in a cleaning chamber (1), and subjecting the aqueous cleaning liquid and the one or more electronic devices to sonication. Drying of the one or more electronic devices is done by periodically heating the cleaning chamber (1) while subjecting the cleaning chamber to reduced pressure and where the cleaning and the drying are carried out in the same cleaning chamber. We hereby achieve a thorough cleaning and restoration of a damaged electronic device.
