Device for controlling the temperature of vehicle bodies
A device for controlling the temperature of vehicle bodies, in particular for drying painted vehicle bodies, having a housing in which a temperature control tunnel and at least one pressure chamber separated therefrom by a wall are provided. In said wall there is a plurality of conventional nozzles via which temperature controlled air, which is introduced into the pressure chamber, is applied in particular in the upper region of the vehicle body. At least one nozzle device is provided which has a plurality of nozzle openings on the side thereof facing the vehicle body and at least roughly following the geometry of the lower region of the vehicle body at a distance from the vehicle body, which is smaller than the distance of the other nozzles arranged in the same wall.
Method and mobile vehicle platform device for drying biomass fuel
A method for drying biomass fuel, including: 1) collecting and cutting raw biomass fuel into fragments; mechanically squeezing and dehydrating the fragments to yield biomass fuel in the form of filter cake; 2) mashing and loosening the biomass fuel in the form of filter cake; and loading the biomass fuel onto charging carriages of fuel transport vehicles; 3) connecting tails of the fuel transport vehicles and the carrier vehicle of drying equipment; moving the movable drying room of the carrier vehicle of drying equipment onto the fuel transport vehicles; 4) convectively drying the biomass fuel in the charging carriages; 5) exhausting air in the movable drying room following convective drying; and 6) moving the movable drying room to cover and seal the charging carriages of a next fuel transport vehicle following radiant drying. A mobile device for drying biomass fuel is also provided.
Integrated solar energy drying system
An integrated solar energy drying system, including: a solar greenhouse, a solar energy storage bed, an air condenser, a wet dust collector, pipes, valves, and blowers. The solar greenhouse includes: a top side, three sunny sides, a shady side, floorboards, a gas inlet, and two gas outlets. The solar energy storage bed includes: an upper air box, a lower air box, a plurality of solar heat collecting-storing pipes, and a sealing chamber. Each solar heat collecting-storing pipe includes an air pipe. The air condenser includes: an air inlet, an air outlet, two gas chambers, and a bundle of gas pipes. The solar greenhouse, the solar energy storage bed, the air condenser, the wet dust collectors are connected via pipes. The valves and the blowers are disposed on the pipes.
Apparatus and method for processing final effluent and palm by-products discharged from palm oil milling process
The present invention is to produce fuel and feed resources by rapidly separating solid contents from final effluent and palm by-products which are discharged from the palm oil milling process, oxidizing organics from the generated liquid phase contents through water treatment so as to use the result as a liquid fertilizer, and carrying out continuous concentration and dehydration of the separated solid contents and then mixing the result with palm oil decanter cake and the like.
Low profile solar drying tunnel
A solar drying tunnel having a low-profile and which is transportable includes a bottom portion, a cover, and externally controlled manually operated access mechanism for turning grain over. The tunnel may also include one or multiple ventilators at one end to keep the cover up and to provide air flow.
Closed-cycle condenser dryer with heat regeneration
A drying apparatus includes a compartment for containing objects to be dried, a closed-loop air pathway and a regeneration heat exchanger. The closed-loop air pathway includes a cooling element and a heating element, and is configured to extract from the compartment air that includes moisture in the form of vapor, to evacuate heat energy from the extracted air to an external fluid flow by cooling using the cooling element so as to remove at least some of the moisture from the air, to reheat the air using the heating element, and to re-introduce the reheated air into the compartment. The regeneration heat exchanger is inserted in the closed-loop air pathway and is configured to transfer heat from the air extracted from the compartment to the air exiting the cooling element in the closed-loop air pathway.
System for steam treatment of textiles
A steam treatment system (10) for textiles can include a detachable hanger (14) which is removably attachable to a steam unit (12). The steam unit (12) can include a vaporizing element (16) which is operatively connectable to a water source (18) and is designed to produce steam. A steam outlet (20) with a shut-off valve (22) can also be part of the steam unit (12). The detachable hanger (14) can be configured to support an article of textile such as a shirt, suit, dress, slacks, towel or the like. More particularly, the hanger (14) can include a support body enclosing a steam chamber (24) and a steam inlet (26) which is removably attachable to the steam outlet (20) of the steam unit (12). In this manner the detachable hanger (14) can be removably coupled to the steam unit (12) to allow steam to fill the hanger (14). The support body can also include a plurality of steam vents or apertures (30) which are oriented to transmit steam from the steam chamber (24) to the article of textile supported thereon. Such a steam treatment system (10) can find effective application in homes and service oriented businesses such as hotels and gyms.
Hand dryer
A hand dryer comprising a jetting nozzle comprising a duct in fluid communication with a slot which forms a nozzle outlet, and a blower which blows air through the jetting nozzle to produce an air jet. The jetting nozzle is configured such that the angle of inclination of the air jet with respect to a direction which is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the slot varies in the longitudinal direction of the slot.
Apparatus for location-independent treatment of biomass
Within the scope of hydrothermal carbonization, biomass is converted to bio-coal and other products. Because biomass occurs at irregular intervals at different locations and also, in part, only individual method steps are required at different locations, however, an apparatus for treatment of biomass is integrated into a variable, mobile container, and mobile containers adapted to the individual steps of the method are provided, which can be transported in compact manner and can be adapted, in terms of size, in the setup situation. This arrangement allows effective equipping of the individual containers, which can be expanded into a setup situation on location.
Food cooling apparatus
A food cooling apparatus, including a generally pear shaped housing having a bottom portion connected to a middle portion tapering to a top portion, an electric fan connected to an interior wall of the housing and operative to draw air into an air inlet and out an air outlet, and a rechargeable battery supported within the bottom portion. A connector portion configured to attach to an external surface extends downward from the bottom portion. The housing has a generally hollow interior with the air inlet located on the middle portion or bottom portion and the air outlet located on the top portion. The air outlet is generally perpendicular to the housing in an upright position. The electric fan is not visible from the outside of the generally pear shaped housing. The rechargeable battery operationally provides power to the electric fan. The lower portion has a greater mass than the middle and top portions such that the center of gravity of the housing is lowered.
