DRYING DEVICE, AND NOZZLE DRYING METHOD
A drying device includes a recessed portion into which a suction nozzle is inserted, an air jetting port that is formed on a bottom surface of the recessed portion, and a control device that jets air from the jetting port toward a suction nozzle inserted into the recessed portion.
NEW ENVIRONMENTALLY-FRIENDLY FEED DRYING AND COOLING INTEGRATED MACHINE
An environmentally-friendly feed drying and cooling integrated machine, comprising a material drying unit, a material cooling unit and a gas treatment unit, wherein the material drying unit comprises a drying box group (1) and a heating box body module (2); the heating box body module (2) is used for carrying out a drying treatment on materials in the drying box group (1); the material cooling unit is connected to the drying box group (1), receives the materials from the drying box group (1), and carries out a cooling treatment on the materials; two ends of the gas treatment unit are respectively connected to the drying box group (1) and the material cooling unit; the gas treatment unit receives gas discharged from the drying box group (1), carries out a temperature reduction and dehumidification treatment on the gas, and then conveys the gas to the material cooling unit.
HOT AIR CIRCULATING FOOD WASTE DRYER
The present invention relates to a food waste dryer comprising: a main body in which a drying space is formed so that a portion thereof is open to the outside; a front door for closing the open portion of the main body; a drying basket which is disposed in the drying space of the main body and in which food is accommodated; an air circulation unit which includes a heater capable of heating the air of the drying space, and which suctions the air inside the drying space, and then blows, at the food waste, the air heated by the heater so as dry the food waste; a circulation pipe capable of discharging, to the outside through an exhaust pipe, the air that includes steam vaporized during a food waste drying process, and recirculating, to the drying space through a blowing pipe, the air heated by the heater; and a deodorizing device mounted on the outside of the main body so as to adsorb odor particles from the air discharged to the outside through the circulation pipe, thereby enabling the air to be deodorized, wherein the deodorizing device includes a deodorant comprising activated carbon and zeolite. According to the present invention, a fixed amount of steam, which is generated by vaporization and evaporation during the food waste drying process, is maintained, and the adsorption and deodorization performance of the odor particles can be improved.
HAND DRYER DEVICE
A hand dryer device includes a casing, a drying chamber superiorly open formed in the upper portion of the same casing for placing the hands of the user, aeration means provided for orienting an air flow rate towards an outlet located in the area of the drying chamber, and detection means for detecting the presence of the hands of the user in the drying chamber. The drying chamber runs transversely from the front region to the rear region of the casing, the drying chamber being laterally delimited by two arms facing each other, which extend vertically from the corresponding lateral regions, the drying chamber having dimensions configured for the insertion of the two hands of the user from the front area of the casing. The air outlet is located on the internal face of the two arms; the air flow rate is laterally oriented towards the hands of a user.
DRY SPACE CREATION APPARATUS AND DRY SPACE CREATION METHOD
A dry space creation apparatus includes a processing tank, expansion members, an ejection unit, a dry gas supplier, and a controller. The processing tank has an internal space. The expansion members are provided in the processing tank and expand while leaving part of the internal space. The ejection unit ejects gas in the internal space out of the processing tank. The dry gas supplier supplies dry gas to the internal space. The controller performs first control to allow the ejection unit to eject the gas in the internal space out of the processing tank with the expansion members expanding, and then performs second control to allow the dry gas supplier to supply the dry gas to the internal space with the expansion members contracting.
COCKPIT MODULE OF PURPOSE-BUILT VEHICLE
Disclosed are cockpit modules for vehicles. The cockpit modules include a crash pad having a predetermined accommodation space, and a drying box, connected to an air conditioner of the vehicle, configured with respect to the crash pad to be storable in the accommodation space of the crash pad. The drying box, when interlocked with the air conditioner, dries and sterilizes items stored therein according to settings associated with the drying box.
Incline Belt Conveyor with Longitudinal Belt Guards and Methods of Preventing Seed Entering Between the Belt and a Curvilinear Structure
An agricultural incline conveyor having belt guards extending longitudinally through a curvilinear portion from a tail inlet to a head outlet. The belt guards protect linear edges of a belt within the curvilinear portion during mixing operations. A plurality of mixing baffles positioned within the curvilinear portion induce turbulent backflow of a metered stream of seed being transported through the curvilinear portion. The longitudinal guards prevent the loss of transported seed from entering between the belt and a trough of the curvilinear portion.
Method for regulating inert gas flow, method for preparing monocrystalline silicon, and monocrystalline silicon
The present disclosure provides a method for regulating an inert gas flow in a crystal pulling furnace, a method for preparing monocrystalline silicon, and monocrystalline silicon. The method for regulating an inert gas flow includes introducing the inert gas into a main furnace chamber of the crystal pulling furnace from an auxiliary furnace chamber of the crystal pulling furnace, and regulating a flow direction of the inert gas flow introduced into the auxiliary furnace chamber of the crystal pulling furnace.
Vibratory apparatus with segmented distributor deck
A vibratory fluidized bed dryer includes a deck with a surface on which a bed of materials is formed, the deck having apertures through which air passes to fluidize the bed of materials on the deck, a source of air coupled to the apertures in the deck to supply air to the bed through the apertures in the deck, and a vibration generator coupled to the deck. The deck has at least two zones, each zone having a different open area percentage, such that the air passing through each zone produces a different superficial velocity.
