SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DRYING AND UTILIZING SPENT GRAIN
A system and method for drying and utilizing spent grain includes an agitation device having an elongated semi-cylindrical mixing chamber with a motor-driven shaft and a plurality of agitators. A lid is hingedly positioned along the top end of the chamber and is connected to the dehumidification system by a pair of air ducts. An air filtration device is interposed between the air output of the agitation device and the air input of the dehumidification system. A method of drying spent grain includes the steps of pouring spent grain into the interior space of the chamber, securing the lid in the closed position, agitating the grain inside the chamber via the agitators, removing damp air from the interior space of the chamber, and introducing dry warm air to the interior space of the chamber until a moisture content of the spent grain achieves a user specified level.
Coating and curing drying system
A drying system for drying a coating applied to an article of manufacture. The drying system includes an enclosable booth having an interior for housing the article of manufacture. The system also includes an air source for blowing air into the booth, means for raising the temperature of the air before entry into the booth, means for lowering the temperature of the air before entry into the booth, means for raising the humidity of the air before entry into the booth, and means for lowering the humidity of the air before entry into the booth. In one embodiment there is included at least one distribution cone which includes a conical member having a plurality of openings formed along the axis thereof. The cones emit air across an article of manufacture within the booth. During the drying process, both the temperature and the humidity within the booth is raised to accelerate drying.
Method of forming a lighted dryer housing
A lighted dryer assembly for a vehicle wash system including a housing portion, having a head portion, a body portion, and an outlet portion. The head portion includes an air inlet portion for drawing air into the head portion and an outlet for passing the air to the body portion. The outlet portion has a plurality of exit nozzles that are configured to emit high velocity air therefrom for removing water from an exterior surface of a vehicle while disposed in a vehicle treatment area. The body portion includes an upper portion where air is received from the head portion and a lower portion disposed remote from the upper portion. A light source is disposed within the housing portion and configured to emit light that can be seen by a vehicle disposed in the vehicle treatment area.
HAND DRYER DEVICE
A hand dryer device cooperated with an airflow driver includes a first housing, a second housing, and an airflow driving unit. The first housing has a first body and a first extension portion. The second housing has a second body and a second extension portion. The second body is connected to the first body for defining an accommodating space, and the first and second extension portions together form a concave annular structure having an extension space. The airflow driving unit includes a sensor, a control module and an airflow guiding structure. The sensor is disposed on the outer surface of the first housing and/or the second housing. The sensor detects and outputs a sensing signal. The control module receives the sensing signal and outputs a control signal. The airflow guiding structure is disposed adjacent to an air outlet and extends to the extension space.
Apparel drying assemblies and methods of drying apparel
Assemblies and methods for drying apparel, for example, footwear or gloves, are provided. The assemblies include a panel; projections or pegs pivotally mounted to the panel, the projections each having an inlet, an outlet, an internal passage communicating the inlet to the outlet, and the projections can be oriented in a position adapted to receive the apparel; and a source of air having an outlet in fluid communication with the inlets of the projections. The air, for example, from a fan, passes into the inlets of the projections, through the internal passages, and out of the outlets to contact and dry the apparel mounted on the projections. The methods may include heating the air to enhance the drying. Projection modules that can be pivotally mounted to extend and retract into the panel are also disclosed. The retracted projection may be flush with the panel when not in use.
COMPATIBLE ROOF RACK GARMENT EXSICCATION CONTAINER
This application relates to a system and methods for the exsiccation of material objects. The system can include a ventilation device. The material object can be attached to the ventilation device. The system can further include a container for the ventilation device and material object. The system can be attached and detached to a vehicle without the need for tools and can be compatible with preexisting vehicle roof racks.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR DRYING AND COOLING SEEDS
Apparatus (10) for drying and cooling seeds (S), comprising a container (38) for the seeds (S); a device (15) to suck in the air (Va) from the outside environment and to send it toward the seeds (S) to be dried and cooled; a first heat exchange unit (11) configured to cool the air taken from the outside environment and raise its relative humidity; a second heat exchange unit (12) configured to lower the temperature and absolute humidity of the air from the first heat exchange unit (11); and a third heat exchange unit (13) fluidically connected to the second heat exchange unit (12) to receive the cooled air exiting from the latter, and provided with a first heat exchange circuit (110) able to be selectively activated to raise the temperature and lower the relative humidity of the air passing through said third heat exchange unit (13), and able to be selectively de-activated to send the cold air coming from said second heat exchange unit (12) to the seeds (S).
DISPLAY MODULE TERMINAL CLEANSING DEVICE AND CLEANSING METHOD
A display module terminal cleansing device includes a wiper assembly and a gas blower assembly. The gas blower assembly is first operated to blow away particle foreign substances located on a terminal area to be cleansed. And, then, the wiper assembly is operated to wipe off foreign substances remaining on the terminal area. The display module terminal cleansing device may achieve an effect of cleansing where water droplet angle on the surface of the cleansed terminal area is less than 15 and also prevents a potential issue of scratching and damaging the display module during the process of cleansing. Also disclosed is a display module terminal cleansing method.
AIR DISPENSER
An air dispenser for a paint drying chamber having a housing with a top, bottom, and a curvilinear wall extending between the top and the bottom. The wall has an elongated outlet extending between the top and the bottom and an air outlet is formed in the top or the bottom. The wall is generally circular in cross-sectional shape but with an outwardly protruding wall section adjacent the air outlet.
Fluid movement device
