Firearm target with lock on pattern
A firearm target is specially adapted for the purpose of sighting in a scoped firearm. The scope has a reticle with horizontal and vertical lines forming crosshairs. The target has a cross pattern in contrasting colors with a cross shaped gap. The gap is highly visible and may even be in a reflective color. The gap size is selected to match the crosshair thickness and the targeting distance. Aligning the crosshairs to the gap significantly or completely hides the gap. Misaligning the crosshairs to the gap causes the gap to become more visible because of the gap's highly noticeable and contrasting colors. The target thereby provides a lock-on functionality for a marksman.
DART GAME APPARATUS HAVING PLURALITY OF CAMERAS AND COMPUTER PROGRAM STORED IN COMPUTER-READABLE MEDIUM
Disclosed is a dart game apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention in order to implement the aforementioned object. The dart game apparatus includes: a dart target having a plurality of score areas; a sensing module configured to sense an electrical signal changed as a dart pin hits the dart target; a controller configured to control an overall operation of the dart game apparatus; and a camera module configured to include a plurality of camera units, wherein the camera module includes a first camera unit configured to photograph a throw line which is a location where a player throws a dart and a whole body of the player, a second camera unit configured to photograph at least a part of a body for identifying the player, a third camera unit configured to photograph the entirety of the dart target, and a fourth camera unit configured to photograph at least a partial area in an area formed between the throw line and the dart game apparatus in order to photograph a blind zone which is not photographed by the first camera unit, the second camera unit, and the third camera unit.
Interactive Projectile Gaming System
A projectile throwing game. The present system is a game that involves throwing a projectile into the interior of a receiving unit. The receiving unit is equipped with a sensor that detects when a projectile enters the receiving unit. The receiving unit additionally has a transceiver configured to relay information to a processor unit. The processor unit is connected to a visual output and displays virtual images representing the physical receiver units. The object of the game is to throw specific projectiles into specific receiver units, as instructed by the virtual images.
Target apparatus and method
A target apparatus including: a base; a V-shaped member having first and second ends, the second end connected to the base; a first cleat, configured to connect to one or more inflated balloons, fixed to the V-shaped member; wherein the V-shaped member includes first and second members; the first member having first and second edges; wherein the second member has a first and second edges; wherein the first edges of the first and second members are fixed together; wherein the second edges of the first and second members are separated by a gap; and wherein the first cleat is fixed to the V-shaped member so that at least part of the first cleat is between the first and second members. The target apparatus further includes a first ring fixed to the first V-shaped member so that at least part of the first ring is between the first and second members.
Methods and apparatus for small arms training
Method and apparatus for a small arms training system. In exemplary embodiments, a training system includes a control system, shooter systems that can include a user interface, and a target system that collects projectile position information in relation to a target. In one embodiment, the systems are linked via a mesh radio network and are configured to process GPS information for rapid and accurate positioning of the shooter in relation to the target.
Electronically scored target array
Implementations of an electronically scored target array are provided. In some implementations, the electronically scored target array may be used for training individuals in the use of rifles, hand guns, and similar weapons. In some implementations, the electronically scored target array may be used to facilitate competition between participating individuals. In some implementations, the electronically scored target array may be configured to record the performance (e.g., the number of target plates shot, number of target plates not shot (e.g., missed), overall time, etc.) of a shooter during a course of fire. In some implementations, the electronically scored target array comprises a base, a base guard, a cover plate, a first trunk tube, a second trunk tube, and nine target plates. In some implementations, the electronically scored target array may further comprise gaming software, a target controller, nine lasers mounted to the base, and an accelerometer secured to each target plate.
Target label assembly
An improved target label for shooting that includes at least one toner layer defining an image of a target, superimposed over a colored substrate having a color different from the toner layer, and a release layer underlying the toner layer. When a projectile strikes and penetrates the target, the toner layer displaces and scatters over an area surrounding the point of penetration, exposing the underlying colored substrate layer. The scattering of toner particles visually resembles gun powder and visually simulates damage over an area wider than the point of penetration by the projectile.

WEARABLE DEVICE
The invention features methods and devices for controlling bleeding from blood vessels that may be damaged as a result of trauma or impact with an object, such as a bullet or shrapnel. The device may be wearable by a user and include one or more components, such as wound sealant and multiple inflatable balloons/bladders. The device may be integrated into a garment, e.g., a vest, jacket, trousers, or full body suit. Once triggered (automatically or manually), the device may be used to deliver wound sealant to a wound site and/or pressure to the wound site by selective inflation of one or more balloons over exsanguinating blood vessels that may be damaged, thereby stopping or minimizing the bleeding. Alternatively, or in addition, the device may be used to stabilize a wounded wearer for, e.g., transportation purposes, or to provide buoyancy. Devices of the invention may also be used as a blood pressure monitor, as a massaging device, and as a breast pump. Devices and methods of the invention may also be used for repairing or stabilizing machines, such as vehicles (e.g., automobiles and boats).
