An emergency shower test device for testing an emergency shower includes: a collection container; an inlet pipe, which has at an upper end thereof a receiving section for a head of the emergency shower, which opens at a lower end thereof into the collection container and which is vertically adjustable by a lockable adjusting device, the inlet pipe being largely retractable into the collection container; a drainage system arranged in a lower region of the collection container for emptying the collection container; and a frame in which the collection container is arranged in an elevated position. The receiving section of the inlet pipe is integrated into the upper end of the inlet pipe. The inlet pipe has a constant diameter for fully accommodating the head of the emergency shower, the adjusting device including a reversed rope with a counterweight adapted to a weight of the inlet pipe.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR MODELING A MANUFACTURING ASSEMBLY LINE

Various systems and methods for modeling a manufacturing assembly line are disclosed herein. Some embodiments relate to operating a processor to receive cell data and line production data, determine one or more production associations between the cell data and the line production data; evaluate the one or more production associations to identify one or more critical production associations; retrieve the cell data and the line production data associated with the one or more critical production associations; and train a predictive model with the retrieved cell data and the retrieved line production data to predict the production level of the manufacturing assembly line.

DISPENSING SYSTEM AND A DISPENSER

A dispensing system includes a roll comprising a keyed end, a dispenser comprising a housing for receiving the roll, and a mount comprising a roll holder to support the keyed end and a roll support to support an opposing end. The roll holder comprises a frame, a clutch plate, a spindle, and a biasing unit, the clutch plate being disposed adjacent the spindle, and the spindle receives the keyed end and is rotatably coupled to the frame to permit rotation of the roll and the clutch plate about the dispensing axis. The spindle comprises a clutch surface and translates along the dispensing axis, and the biasing unit biases the spindle along the dispensing axis away from the frame. Mounting the keyed end of the roll onto the mount pushes the spindle towards the frame to increase a normal force between the clutch plate and the clutch surface.

Time of flight based rotary speed sensor with early fault detection
11573303 · 2023-02-07 · ·

Disclosed herein is a system for detecting rotational speed and early failures of an electronic device. The system includes a rotating disk affixed to a rotating shaft of the electronic device. The rotating disk has projections extending from its periphery. A time of flight ranging system determines distance to the projections extending from the rotating disk. Processing circuitry determines a rotational speed of the rotating shaft from the determined distances to the projections extending from the rotating disk, and detects whether the electronic device is undergoing an early failure from the determined distances to the projections extending from the rotating disk. Rotational speed is determined from the time between successive peaks in the determined distances, and early failures (for example, due to wobble of the shaft) are determined where the peaks vary unexpectedly in magnitude.

Test Piece for Testing a Washing Performance of an Industrial Washing Machine
20230095195 · 2023-03-30 ·

A test piece (10) for testing a washing performance of an industrial washing machine includes a first side element (11) with at least one first plane surface (21) and also a second side element (12) with at least one second plane surface (22). The first side element (11) is connectable to the second side element (12) so that the first plane surface (21) faces the second plane surface (22). The first plane surface (21) includes first bores (31), and the second plane surface (22) includes second bores (32). When the first side element (11) is connected to the second side element (12), the first bores (31) are arranged in axial extension of the second bores (32), and a plastically deformable foil (40) is disposed between the first plane surface (21) and the second plane surface (22).

SERVER RACK TESTING AND VERIFICATION UNIT AND METHOD
20230103090 · 2023-03-30 ·

Methods, systems, and devices for electronic rack level testing and/or verification are disclosed. The disclosed systems may provide for automated testing of electronic racks that may include fluid recirculation systems. To provide for automated testing, a test unit of a system may automatically and without manual intervention circulate coolant to an electronic rack under test. The testing unit may also pressurize the electronic rack. The testing unit may further depressurize the electronic rack to provide for efficient delivering, deployment commissioning, and reduce the likelihood of coolant circulation issues occurring when initially deployed. A testing server of the system may also provide for load testing and thermal cycling of the electronic rack in an automated manner.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CLOUD-BASED FAULT CODE DIAGNOSTICS
20230038034 · 2023-02-09 ·

A cloud diagnostic system and a method of operating the same to diagnose or predict potential fault conditions in an appliance includes obtaining, at a remote server, a first data stream from the appliance through the external communication network at a first data density (e.g., in megabytes/sec). The method further includes analyzing the first data stream to determine a data anomaly or potential issue exists. The remote server may request that the appliance transmit a second data stream at a second data density that is greater than the first data density and may analyze the second data stream using complex, higher resolution machine learning models to diagnose a potential fault condition for the appliance.

Syringe screening device

The present disclosure is directed to a device for screening pre-filled syringes configured to determine whether a stopper position within each syringe falls within an acceptable tolerance prior to final assembly of a syringe into a corresponding autoinjector device, thereby ensuring proper fit of the syringe within the autoinjector device and further ensuring accurate delivery of a desired dose of fluid from the syringe during operation of the autoinjector.
