MARIBAVIR ISOMERS, COMPOSITIONS, METHODS OF MAKING AND METHODS OF USING
The invention relates to novel compositions and methods of using maribavir which enhance its effectiveness in medical therapy, as well as to maribavir isomers and methods of use thereof for counteracting the potentially adverse effects of maribavir isomerization in vivo in the event it occurs.
Assays, antibodies, immunogens and compositions related to 5-FU
The present invention relates to conjugates of 5-fluorouracil, 5-fluorouracil immunogens, antibodies that bind 5-FU and/or 5-FU conjugated to another molecule, and assays for detecting, quantitating, and monitoring amounts of 5-fluorouracil in a sample such as in blood plasma.
LC-MS CONFIGURATION FOR PURIFICATION AND DETECTION OF ANALYTES HAVING A BROAD RANGE OF HYDROPHOBICITES
Systems, apparatuses, kits, and methods for purification and analysis of analytes having a broad range of hydrophobicities by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS). Using one set of liquid chromatography columns, one set of mobile phase buffers, and, optionally, a single ionization method (e.g., electrospray ionization), a wide range of analytes can be purified and analyzed on a liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) system. LC-MS purification and analysis of analytes having a broad range of partition coefficients is accomplished by selecting LC run parameters and MS system parameters that are particular to different classes of analytes without having to make column or buffer changes or any other hardware configuration changes to the LC-MS system. The methods, systems, and kits described herein provide for substantially increased speed/throughput and ease of use for a wide range analytes with essentially no compromise in specificity for individual analytes relative to previously described methods.
ANTIBODY SPECIFIC FOR TRANS-RESVERATROL AND USE THEREOF
The present invention provides a method of detecting or measuring trans-Resveratrol (tRV) in a sample, comprising: contacting a sample to be tested with a antibody against tRV, or an antigen binding fragment of such an antibody; and detecting or measuring any tRV bound by the antibody or antibody fragment. The invention also provides an antibody against trans-Resveratrol.

CHEMICAL AND BIOCHEMICAL ADDUCTS AS BIOMARKERS FOR ORGANOPHOSPHATE EXPOSURE
Provided are methods for identifying OP-adducted biomarkers of OP exposure as well as compounds containing OPs that can provide OP adducts and compounds of Formula 1 for eliciting antibodies that specifically and selectively bind to the OP adducts, wherein the Formula 1 compounds have the structure of OP-Peptide-Linker-CP, wherein CP is a carrier protein, OP represents a structure corresponding to that of a reactive organic phosphorous compound covalently modifying a tyrosine residue hydroxyl group of the peptide of Formula I and the other variable groups are as described herein.
Method for evaluating mass spectrometry device, method for calibrating mass spectrometry device, analysis method, mass spectrometry device, and mass spectrometry reagent
A method for evaluating a mass spectrometry device includes: by a mass spectrometry device, performing mass spectrometry of an ester of phthalic acid and detecting a plurality of types of ions produced by dissociation of the ester of phthalic acid; and obtaining information concerning whether the mass spectrometry device is in a state suitable for analysis, based on a ratio of intensities of the plurality of types of ions detected.
Waveguide with outer coating for analyte detection
A method is described of manufacturing an optical sensing element for detecting a presence and/or determining a concentration of an analyte in a fluid medium, in particular in an aqueous medium. The optical sensing element includes an optical waveguide (e.g. an optical fiber) comprising an optically transparent material for guiding light through the sensing element along a flightpath. The optical sensing element further includes an inorganic coating for adsorbing the analyte from the fluid medium and an adhesion promotion layer formed between the optical waveguide and the inorganic coating. The adhesion promotion layer includes an adhesion promotion material for promoting adhesion of the inorganic material.
STABILITY-ENHANCING COMPOSITIONS AND METHODS OF PREPARING COMPOUNDS
Chiral glutarimide stereochemical identity-preserving methods and compositions are disclosed. Also disclosed are methods of preparing chiral glutarimides stereoretentively.
