Food processor with safety mechanism
A food processor is provided with a wide feed tube. The food processor has a pusher that cooperates with a safety mechanism. The safety mechanism comprises a linkage assembly that prevents the food processor's motor from operating unless the pusher is inserted into the feed tube.
Methods, systems and apparatus for promoting the pourability of semi-frozen and semi-fluidic beverages from beverage containers
A beverage container for a blender includes one or more vibrating mechanisms coupled to a bottom portion of the beverage container or integrated within one or more walls of the beverage container. After a beverage has been blended, the one or more vibrating mechanisms are activated as the beverage is being poured. Vibrations from the one or more vibrating mechanisms are mechanically transmitted to the beverage container, thereby promoting the pourability of the beverage from the beverage container, including dislodging ingredients in the beverage that became lodged or trapped in crevices of the beverage container during the prior blending process, and freeing up beverage ingredients that accumulated at the bottom of the beverage container during the prior blending process.
Blender blade formed of titanium or titanium alloy
A blender blade formed of titanium or titanium alloy is described herein. The blender blade comprises a central portion and one or more blade wings extending therefrom. Each blade wing comprises a leading edge, wherein the leading edge is work hardened to cause the leading edge to have a first hardness which is harder than a second hardness of the central portion. The central portion is in an annealed condition. The first hardness is in a range of about 40-50 HRC, the second hardness is in a range of about 20-30 HRC. Subsequent to work hardening, the leading edge can undergo nitriding and/or layer deposition.
Food stand system
A food stand system with a plan view in the shape of an incomplete circle, with a flat top surface as a countertop, and a convex customer-facing surface. The stand contains a food preparation appliance having both cooking and refrigeration components. Sensors measure the appliance interior state, and provide data to an automated controller that controls appliance operation to prepare food for consumption.
Multi-function food processing device
A multi-function food processor, for cutting food, fruits or vegetables into continuous ribbons or strips, having a body base, body shell and upper cover, all configured to removably receive a bowl. The upper cover has an upper cover base, a feeding tube and pusher. There is a drive unit provided inside the body shell and a cutter disk provided between the drive unit and upper cover. The cutter disk has a disk with a centrally located core cutter extending therefrom and a slot extending from an outer edge of the disk to the core cutter that is provided with a shredder. The feeding tube is adjustable between a central position, where the feeding tube is co-axial with the core cutter, and an eccentric position, where the feeding tube is offset from the core cutter. There is a double-faced cutter for cutting different sized strips, including continuous spiral ribbons.
Food processor
The present disclosure provides a food processor which includes a main engine, a stirring cup, and a cup cover assembly. A main control board is defined in the main engine and the stirring cup is mounted on the main engine. The cup cover assembly covers the stirring cup and the bottom of the stirring cup defines a heating device which electrically is connected to the main control board. The cup cover assembly includes an upper cover and an inner surface of the upper cover defines an anti-overflow detecting element, and the anti-overflow detecting element electrically is connected to the main control board. When a part of foam contacts the anti-overflow detecting element, the main control board controls the heating device to stop heating and no foam is generated, therefore preventing the foam liquid from overflowing the stirring cup.
Food processor
The present disclosure provides a food processor including a cutter head, on which a cutter is arranged; and a cup body arranged on the cutter head. The intersecting line of the side wall of the cutter head and the cross section of the cutter head is a cutter head contour line, the largest inscribed circle or the smallest circumscribed circle of the cutter head contour line is a cutter head base circle, and the central axis of the cutter head penetrates the center of the cutter head base circle. The intersecting line of the cup wall of the cup body and the cross section of the cup wall is a cup body contour line, the largest inscribed circle or the smallest circumscribed circle of the cup body contour line is a cup body base circle, and the central axis of the cup body penetrates the center of the cup body base circle.
Hinged panel assembly
A hinged panel assembly includes a first panel that is selectively positioned against a first exposed surface of a cake when the cake has been cut. The first panel is comprised of a fluid impermeable material to inhibit air from contacting the first exposed surface thereby enhancing freshness of the cake. A second panel is hingedly coupled to the first panel such that the second panel is selectively positioned at a selected angle with respect to the first panel. The second panel is selectively positioned against a second exposed surface of a cake when the cake has been cut. The second panel is comprised of a fluid impermeable material to inhibit air from contacting the second exposed surface thereby enhancing freshness of the cake.
Rotary cutting machine
A rotary cutting machine, having a body base, wherein the body base is provided with a shredding and cutting component capable of rotating about the motor axis by 90; and a power unit for powering the shredding cutter components. The power unit is connected to the shredding and cutting component, and the connector for connecting the power unit is provided on one side of the shredder tube, which having a shredder tube and a feed tube, wherein the feed tube is vertically arranged with the shredder tube. The shredder tube having a shredder tube shell. The strip cutter supporter is arranged in the shredder tube shell, the strip cutter is arranged on the side of the strip cutter support, and the spiral cutter support is clamped on the bottom surface of the strip cutter support, the spiral cutter is arranged on the spiral cutter support, the strip cutter and the spiral cutter are arranged perpendicular to each other. The rotary cutting machine integrates a strip cutter and a spiral cutter in a shredder tube shell, and integrates the two kinds of cuts with different output power modes to facilitate the conversion between the strip cutting and spiral cutting modes.
Container for food processing system
A container configured for use with a food processing system includes a container body configurable with a food processing base. The container body includes an interior wall and an exterior wall. The interior will and the exterior wall are arranged in contact at a first end. At least one of the interior wall and the exterior wall is formed from a non-resilient material. A chamber is defined by said container body.
